EErick737Cantonese hospitality at its best! The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

XXiandouwuxianThe hotel is very new, the room size is just right, suitable for couples or couples. The entire hotel interior is pink, just right with the recent Barbie wave. The service is very good. The housekeeper has been in contact with me. I like Chen Qiuyu's service. There is a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off, and the room is clean. A small suggestion, the room lacks a dirty clothes basket and a luggage rack, it is inconvenient to have no place to put luggage; The room also lacks a Bluetooth speaker, and it is not too much to put a Bluetooth speaker in this price ratio. Special praise for the barbecue downstairs at night, it's really atmospheric I hope that the town can have more entertainment facilities for children, and I will take the children there next time.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, comfortable linens, reasonable prices, good service, and convenient parking. I have stayed in several room types, each with its own advantages. HHuiExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

GGuest UserThe hotel is outside the scenic area. It is convenient and cost-effective to book a room with tickets for multiple entries. The room is very clean and the service is good. Basically, we can meet all your needs. But the facilities are average. The air conditioner is very cold. When it is set to heating, the wind is still quite strong. The TV cannot be projected, and there is no set-top box. You can only watch satellite TV and playback. I asked the front desk to help send the data cable and waited for a long time, almost half an hour. I went back to order supper when I was hungry at night. It was quite expensive. The fried rice noodles and beef balls in the picture were 106 yuan, which was more than three times the premium. I couldn't help but order it because I was too hungry. The buffet for breakfast was not delicious but not bad. Generally speaking, it was good. The gate was facing the lake and there were ducks to take pictures and check in. It was very comfortable to walk around with few people.

GGuest User2023.10.02 Stayed for two nights. The house opposite was under construction. The construction started on time at 6:30 every morning. The sound was very loud. Don't even think about sleeping. Friends who have sleep requirements should check in with caution. There is no hair dryer in the double room, so you have to go downstairs to the common area to dry your hair. There is no elevator, so friends staying in double rooms must be prepared to carry their luggage up to the fourth floor. Everything else is very good, clean and tidy, although it is simple but still liveable. The Vietnamese lemon powder in the restaurant is delicious, but the price in the restaurant is not cheap, about 100 yuan per person, and the ** set meal cannot be consumed during the National Day. Breakfast is simple but delicious. You can borrow bicycles for free to go to the nearby fields. We rode to Zili Village, which only took ten minutes, which was very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the main road, about 12 kilometers away from Chikan Ancient Town, which is not too close; the hotel facilities are very new, and intelligent coverage is provided in all aspects. Because of the large area, we booked a mahjong room, which we thought was just one room, but turned out to be a separate room on the first floor. Both rooms are large and clean; the breakfast is average, not very rich, but filling, and they also provide stewed soup and sweet soup in the evening; the service is good, but for some reason the phone in the room is non-existent; parking is free at the hotel entrance.

WWinWin HKThe front desk staff are helpful, especially Ms CHENG. We arrived early before 1pm. She politely explained that there was a conference just ended and guests were checking out by noon. Cleaning of rooms was in progress. So we left our luggage at the Concierge and had lunch nearby. When we returned, we were upgraded to the top floor Executive rooms with a nice river view. My friends and I are happy. The hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious and clean. All the toiletries, daily offer of 2 bottles of water, etc, are sufficient. I would suggest to change 3-in-1 coffee powder to drip coffee as guests are more health conscious nowadays. Nespresso machine is also another option. Buffet breakfast has many choices, but mostly Chinese food. Local dim sum are interesting, but may not preferred by all guests. There is no chef to fry eggs or omelette, but chef cooking soup noodles with many add-ons available. My friends and I noted that many items would not be refilled, or another item would replace the previous one. The coffee machine only offered Espresso or Americano, and I would suggest using more high quality coffee beans. The red date drink tasted very good. My friend also likes the HK style milk tea. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym on the G/F, but air conditioning was hardly felt. It will be better to keep the temperature of the gym at a more comfortable level. My friend tried the massage service on 5/F and enjoyed. Overall, a nice comfortable stay at Pan Tower Hotel. However, we must call a taxi to take us to all sight-seeing spots. Need to use local apps for calling taxis.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very well located, it is between two villages, I recommend renting a bike from the hotel which costs 40 RMB per day and cycling around. Distance between the village is 15-20 min. It's not very easy to ask for Didi, you can get it but it takes time and you have to be trying until getting one. Very Clean room, comfortable bed and with bathroom amenities. AWESOME STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL!
