The lobby is high-end atmosphere. The front desk girl told me that no matter what room type is facing the golf, the scenery is really beautiful, and I feel like I am in a paradise. The smart toilet is also very good. JD.com looked for it. It costs almost 20,000 yuan. Oh my God, I am really willing to pile up. The breakfast variety is not a lot, but everything is delicious, the overall service is also great, it is worth living back.

GGuest UserI stayed in a deluxe double room. Although it was at the end of the floor and close to the road, the design and comfort of the room were not affected. It felt quiet and comfortable. The room was also equipped with M bottle of hotel's special water, which was really cozy. Every service employee is very professional and polite, great! The only not-so-good experience: After using shampoo, my hair became very frizzy, and there was no conditioner, which is very unfriendly to girls with long hair😁

GGuest UserThis hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The staff helped me apply for early check-in. I later learned that my baby hadn’t eaten. Breakfast was given to us free of charge and delivered to the room. The key point was that it was delicious. My baby and I drank all the soup and they helped me carry my luggage. The baby was quite naughty and scattered snacks everywhere. Notifying the housekeeper, they immediately came to help clean up the bed. When they saw some dirt on the bed, they even offered to help us change the quilt cover. The security guard was also very enthusiastic and helped me push the stroller downhill. When leaving the store, he even ran out to help us reverse the car. Miss No. 05 is really very good at service and very gentle. She handles everything from phone inquiries to check-in. This is my first time in Heshan and I feel a strong sense of human touch!
