JJ_FamThis hotel is approximately 1 hour from downtown Foshan. We drove to this location and used toll for a smooth trip. This hotel is so perfect for me for the following reasons. 1. They allow dogs so i can bring my dogs with us for vacation. 2. The staff although they dont speak English but were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. 3. Our cabin was right in front of the lake. Perfect spot. 4. Everything we need was just 1 call away and the staff respond as quickly as they can. 5. Cabin was ready for us when we arrived. AC was already working so the room is cold. Dog cages were provided outside. 6. There is a restaurant 66 few steps away from our cabin. Although breakfast doesn’t have much option, it was more than enough for me. Those who complained as if other hotels provide more is funny. I’ve been to more expensive hotels and they offer almost the same breakfast. Im satisfied. You can order your food and they can deliver it to you. 7. The facilities are pretty close but the driver of hotel cart insisted that we call every time we go out. Good job for you. I wasn’t able to get his name but he is the cart driver wearing white and a little chubby. Very friendly. Thank you. 🤙 8. The cabin is very comfortable. Bed is huge and the bathroom is wide. There’s a bath tub, foot spa bucket to soak your foot and well spaced shower area. There are mosquitoes but the hotel has equipment around for killing them. 👍 9. You can rent their bbq grill and order ingredients from them. 10. I suggest you bring your own drinking water. 11. I havent tried going to the hot spring or Kingdom resort which is just around the area so I’m not sure how convenient it is from the hotel. 12. You are allowed to order take out online and the hotel will help you deliver it right to your room. 666 🫶 Please check the attached pictures for your reference. Excellent experience. We will be back for golden week, Christmas and spring festival 😂

KKa KinSuper satisfied 👍 Yifu has always been my favorite 😍 It is the first choice for booking in any city. The main quality is reassuring. For me, a perfectionist with a fear of choice, the environment, the room, the service, and every detail are all in place. Especially the evening porridge and breakfast are enjoyed! The drinks in the mini-refrigerator are also delicious, and the instant coffee is great! The hotel staff who clean the rooms are very polite, and when I see them in the corridor, they smile and say hello. This is really great! The staff at the front desk are warm, attentive, and polite. The little brother Owen greeted me throughout the process, which is a plus! Plus! Plus! I will definitely consider this hotel again when I go to Foshan next time!

MMe on the movThe location is very good as is the service. The room is clean and large enough. The bed is very comfortable. The elevator is quite warm and slow, and the internet was not very reliable for my needs. Still it's a good place to stay in Shunde.

HHeyItsVuiI booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

GGuest UserGood value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained. Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional. The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan. As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with my stay. The young lady at the front desk is very polite. She always says hello when entering and exiting. The room is clean and hygienic. This is my first time here. I will stay here again when I come to Foshan in the future. I highly recommend it. It is next to the Guicheng subway station and there is a Wal-Mart next to it. It’s very convenient to eat, drink and have fun

SSneji Bl.It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time
