The hotel is located near the Nankai tram and JR Imashingu Station, and the subway's Dobutsuen-mae Station. The transportation is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk.
The overall environment of the hotel is very clean and the space is large. It is a good choice.
A few disadvantages are that there are often trams passing by, which are quite loud. At the same time, there are few people on the balcony, so there is a lot of dust.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

When checking in, it was a bit confusing to use the code to unlock the key and then use the key to unlock the lobby door again. However, if you have any problems, you can contact the staff via email. They are quick to respond and very helpful.
The location of the accommodation is a bit far from the train station. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. There is a Lawson on the left and a Family Mart on the right. When walking back and forth every day, it doesn't feel that far. However, there is a train passing in front of the accommodation, so you can hear the train passing all the time. However, earplugs are provided.
The room is spacious and not stuffy. The bed is big and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, stove, kettle and microwave. There are glasses, plates, cups, spoons and forks. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry zones. There is a toothbrush and toothpaste, but the toothbrush is very small and hard. It is recommended to bring your own. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, no dryer, but there is a clothesline outside the balcony. There are 7-8 hangers. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. There is a small trash can in the bathroom with spare trash bags. There is also another trash can in the bedroom. Trash can be thrown together in one bag and thrown away in the large trash can in front of the apartment. There is no cleaning during the stay. However, there is a drawer in the lobby with various items such as towels, trash bags, toothbrushes, irons and vacuum cleaners. If you need anything, you can take it. There are several 2-prong sockets (flat double pins) in the room. You can charge multiple phones or power banks at the same time.
Overall, I like it very much. I feel that it is private, quiet, and not too crowded. Apart from the sound of the train, I can't hear any other noise.

Booked a room for 3.
Room size: ok. Enough space to ”half open” 2 luaggages with space to walk about.
Cleaniness: dont remember any obvious dust spots.
Location: near kyoto station, but kyoto station is huge, hence you need to still do alot of walking. Alot of eateries nearby, theres 2 malls (@ kyoto station and aeon mall), yoshinoya is just opposite. Supermarket is about a 20mins walk, however theres those mini ones opposite.
Amenities: soap was ok, doesnt dry your skin out. It was topped up every day, that it was alittle excessive, ie combs, toothbrush etc.
Service: ok. You can drop off your bags at the hotel if youre early for check in or you still have time after check out. Its complimentary. Lack acknowledgement of customers though. I was standing infront of the collection counter, but all 3 staffs just continued talking till i told them i here to collect my luagge. I also witnessed the check in staff looking frustrated when handling a customer who didnt know english. I just thought he could have quickly used the google translate to reduce the communication barrier.
Plus points: water dispenser at every level.
Minus points: the bed was hard, very little padding. If youre a side sleeper, reconsider.
Overall i did enjoy my stay.

We love staying here so much. The hotel is closed to everything: 3 mins walk to Kyoto station, next to Yodobashi dep. which you can do shopping and find so many restaurants on 6 floor. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The hotel room is so clean, wide and hygienic. You can pick hotel amenities by yourself next to the receptionist counter. I’ll come back staying here again for sure.
The Tanimachikun Sei Villa is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Kyoto, having been recently opened in 2021. The hotel is conveniently located just 800m from Kiyomizu Gojo Station and 49km from Osaka International Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Sanjō Keihan Metro Station within walking distance. With Gion Corner, Hanamikoji Street and Kyoto Tower all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.

The location is difficult to find, and there is no attached parking space, but there are many paid parking lots nearby, and there are also supermarkets nearby.
The house is very clean and you can ask them to pick up any items you need.

Always had an amazing stay at the Tokyu Stay hotel chain. Loved the location of Tokyu Stay Kyoto Sakaiza (Shijo Kawaramachi area), it is located centrally at Kyoto downtown and is walking distance to Gion and Nishiki Market. The room was clean and decent size for a deluxe double room (can fit 2 open carry-on suitcase no problem), and I just absolutely adore their in-room 2-in-1 washer+dryer. Each load takes at least 3.5-4 hrs to complete the entire cycle of washing and drying.
Thank you very much for the hospitality, will stay again definitely. Great Location. Thanks.

Hotel is conveniently located next door to a subway station. It is a few stops from Kyoto station. There are many stairs and no escalator or elevator when you exit the subway so not the best when you have luggage. Front desk’s staff English is quite limited, which surprised me given that Hyatt is an American chain and most guests were American while we were there. There are two Nespresso coffee machines in the lobby but no milk. There are three laundry machines on the lobby level. Each machine serves as both a washer and a dryer and takes 120 minutes for 600 yen. People lock their load with a code and you end up waiting for a long time waiting for someone to show up to remove their laundry. Room is tiny, the size of a closet. Our room had two twin beds and a sofa bed for a single person. There is no room to move. There are no sheets in the room so we called to ask for sheets. The person who answered the phone did not know what sheets mean so we had to go to the lobby and describe what we need. The language barrier is real. Our room was on top of a road and we could hear almost every car that went by. It does not seem like the hotel invested in good windows. Make sure to pack ear plugs. The bathroom is quite small and has a weird setup with a shower next to a bathtub. Front desk staff is also not helpful with recommendations for places to eat. They show you a barcode that lists restaurants, but do not provide recommendations. We found an excellent Indian restaurant very close to the hotel. You exit the hotel and turn to the right towards the subway, pass the dry cleaners and cross the street, you will see a mini-mart and then a basement with an Indian restaurant. They open at 5 pm for dinner. It is very inexpensive and delicious. I recommend the butter chicken and cheese nan. Front desk will print for you, there is a charge of 10 yen per page. There is no concierge and staff was too busy to respond to questions about how to get places, instead they offered a map. Breakfast gets busy so be sure to get there early. They offer rice, curry, soup, fish, fruit, bread, coffee, juices and more. The egg is extremely runny and when I asked the attendant if they have egg that is better cooked, she had no idea what I was saying. I would not stay here again because of not being able to communicate with staff and because the room is so small.

GGuest UserWe got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.
SSuper WinConvenient location and value for money
The hotel design is good and nice. A very modern hotel and new decorations. The room is big and we have a small sofa and table to take our food there. It is worth to stay at this hotel as you can go to shopping and dining nearby . Everything you can easily reach there.
GGusThis location is truly unbeatable. The hotel not only offers exceptional access to the park but also to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. Staying at this hotel provides a perfect blend of convenience and accessibility, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all it has to offer. The proximity to the park and other amenities enhances the overall experience and makes it a top choice for travelers looking for a well-situated accommodation option. The strategic location of the hotel adds immense value to the stay, ensuring that guests have everything they need right at their fingertips..
Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.
เเขี้ยวกุดThe breakfast room is clean and delicious meal
New hotel the lobby is on the second floor
Besides the yodobauashi subway station the lift exit is opposite the hotel and the inter junction with nipponbashi stations around 5 minute,
The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonald’s, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street
HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.
YYingXuanLLocated in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!
GGuest User[ENG]: I've never had such a ridiculous experience at a hotel in any country I've been to. On my final night, I returned to the hotel at around 9:30pm to drop off some things without any problem, but when I returned again about two hours later, I couldn't get into my room. After trying to enter the password several times, I went to the lobby but there was nobody at reception. Instead, there was a sign with three accounts (LINE, WhatsApp and Wechat) and a local phone number. My partner and I added two of these accounts and tried to call and message but nobody picked up or replied. I also knocked on the door to the offices but nobody replied there either. After attempting for quite a while, we finally paid for an account to call international numbers and dialed the Japanese number. The person who picked up said she was not on duty that night and that she would contact the person on shift. A bit later, that person came down in pyjamas and slippers. When I enquired why he hadn't responded to our messages and calls, he said that he was in the shower and ”why didn't [I] call the local number”. I explained the situation to him and he said he would help us after he helped a couple who was checking in (who had just arrived). This took an additional ten minutes in which we were just waiting in the hallway in front of our room with three bags. When he finally arrived, he gave lots of excuses as to why the password might have been changed, but offered zero solutions. He even asked me if I wanted to know the new password since I would be ”checking out the following morning anyway”. This unprofessional attitude completely ruined the entire experience on an otherwise lovely holiday and I write this review in four languages in the hope that nobody else has to fall victim to the same experience.
IIsuruHoliday inn Namba-Hotel desperately needs a make over stained hallways and lifts. Common area amenities in a bad shape. Only thing going for this hotel is the location. Perfect location walking distance to most of the attractions.Pictures on the site mislead us.Not sure how it is able to kept its 3 star status. International group of hotel. Bit surprised to see the status.Wouldn’t go there again.
HHktphongThe hotel as a whole needs to be clean as well, because you live on a higher floor and have a good view. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is also convenient to go to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. There is also a railway station nearby.
