This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service. I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great! Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!! Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage. In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to. Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it. I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt. Thank you Stadía Suites... I hope to come back someday!!!

CCuriosity02800814213The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.

This hotel is less than 3 months old and features a nice downstairs patio area in the lobby and a charming rooftop terrace with views of the church. However, this hotel has a foundational noise problem due to the layout of the rooms and the passageways that makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The rooms are positioned around an open stairwell / atrium that echos every door slam, passing conversation and child yelling throughout and into the rooms. In addition, the doors and windows of many rooms are positioned kitty-corner, so you can clearly hear your neighbor or when they leave, slamming the door behind them I would suggest they install sound dampening rugs, double paned windows, and door brushings, as well as considering to make this an adults-only hotel to quickly remedy this issue before the noisy environment deters even more guests from returning.

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

MMangguoounijiangThe location is in the center of the old town and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and Bars next to it, which is especially convenient for eating or shopping. The design of the entire hotel and the layout of the room have left a particularly deep impression on me. I didn't expect that the price of about 1,000 can live in this type of resort hotel, which is particularly satisfactory. The last thing to boast is breakfast. The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

The front desk staff is great! The location is very close to the airport. The hotel is very retro, I don't like the room very much, the first floor does not live anyway, live on the second floor. Recommended for business trips.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on a long business trip that was broken up into a 6-day stay, then back home for four days, then returning for 12 days. The hotel is a nice property with a great view overlooking the city of Querétaro. Built on a hillside, almost all the rooms have a great view. The room itself is spacious and well furnish. Bed (king sized) was very comfortable. The décor is a more modern flair with deep red walls and art deco lamps. For myself I prefer a more practical and useful décor, the art deco lamps although very cool liking didn’t offer the lighting I would prefer. The bathroom was spacious with a separate large walk in shower with wonderful tile features and glass doors. The sink and vanity arrangement was clean and modern with a granite counter top and raised sink basin. For me, the lighting was terrible and the mirror a bit too far away for shaving. I can’t imagine how it would be for a woman to apply makeup and do her hair. The bathroom did have a swivel makeup mirror, but again the lighting just seemed a bit dim and inadequate. The amenities are adequate; the gym is small, but guests can use either the Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza gyms (the hotels are attached to each other). The pool at the Holiday is by far nicer and larger than the strangely triangular shaped pool at the Crowne Plaza. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, not great, but good. I had to eat breakfast the first thing in the morning (6:00 am), and the restaurant was just opening up so understandably the pace seemed a bit unorganized. The signage wasn’t always in place at the food station to let you know what it was. I have traveled all over the world, and I do have to say this was one the strangest selection of food for a breakfast buffet. I have spent almost two years in Central America (El Salvador), and you always have your staple foods. It seems to be hit and miss here. Service was good, but everyday I asked if they had tomato juice only to get a blank stare. My Spanish is not perfect, but tomato in English isn’t that much different the in Spanish. Plus the restaurant had a bar as well, come on I know you have tomato juice at the bar please make an effort to get it. I did use the laundry service as well, and they did a great job. Sometimes you didn’t get all your things back, or you got someone else things but they were quick to straighten things out. Housekeeping always did a great job. They accommodated my special request to have extra coffee packs. Thank you very mush to the housekeeping staff in for room 1212!!! All in all, I would have to say that if the hotel made some minor improvements in the customer service arena it would be a four or five-star review. Little things like getting change at the front desk; we as Americans want to give your staff tips, but you MUST have change available to the guest. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get change at the hotel. Post cards…please have stamps available so your guests can mail

GGuest UserI booked this hotel due to having an early flight and there aren't many options close to the Queretaro hotel. The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.
