MMohamedHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

GGuest UserI organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities. 第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。 由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。 再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。 可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。 說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。 最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。 第一張照片是他們賠罪送的水果。

GGuest UserI stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.

GGuest UserWhat a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.

GGuest UserThe Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.

I have never experienced such a humiliation. I chose it because of the convenient location + good reviews on the Internet (now doubt their authenticity) and booked one of the most expensive rooms during our stay in Warsaw. He wrote in the hostel in advance to clarify the questions about the necessary documents with the description of who we are and from where, and how we are going to come. In response, I received a letter where it was indicated that enough of one of the two documents: Or the vaccine or PCR test that all is ok, we are looking forward to you. We arrived at 10 p.m. and here we were expecting a surprise: They refused to register and settle us by operating some norms and documents that did not show that we need only a European vaccine for living in the hostel. Without a glance, the hostess staffer put us out at night, despite having shown their answer that enough PCR test. At the same time refused to cancel the booking and told to write about this to the manager, and I can't call them, as it was already late ... That is, to put us under a pretext in a strange city to us it was not late, And the manager was calling and worried about their direct working duties was late ... We had a hard time in a couple of hours we found a hotel with a free room and settled (if honestly I already thought that I would have to stay on the street). The next day we went back to meet the manager, but we were told again that he was not, allegedly on the second job, and they would not call him. At that point, the message came that our booking was cancelled as we allegedly did not appear on registration during the time. The money for booking refused to return even though the tariff was standard. A very unpleasant situation, some fraud on their part turns out. I hope no one will have to face such a situation. No humanity, no hospitality.
