MMohamedHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

SStefanie OwensThe hotel was beautiful. We arrived very late (and booked late) so there was an issue with finding the booking, but this was resolved promptly. The bathroom was a little smoky (non smoking room). We informed staff in the morning, they were very apologetic and said they would check the room for future guests. It was a trip for our anniversary and the hotel provided sparkling wine- a lovely touch! I would highly recommend. Central location, nice hotel, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

GGuest UserI organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

GGary Ng Riway Team 37Hotel staff were polite, got a free upgrade to one of the best view within the hotel and had dinner at the level 2 restaurant which was good too. Steak was great. They also have a ****** on the same floor as the restaurant but those counter staff in the ****** were pretty rough. Meeting went well though.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.

GGuest UserI stayed for a night on a long layover. The staff was helpful and accomodating, the room was clean, and the olace was easy to find. Bring 5 USD or 5 EUR for a key deposit (you get it back). I couldnt connect to wifi in my room (could have been my computer) but it was ok in the reception area. I had my own room but the bathroom was shared with several other rooms which wasnt clearly stated in the listing; normal for hostels though.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.

GGuest UserWe arrived early and sadly our rooms weren’t ready but we were permitted to leave cases in their care until we got back from exploring. We came back early evening to check In which was fast and our group got issued room keys with a description of all the benefits and times of breakfast etc. we were allocated room 360 which was huge and a massive bathroom containing a bath and a shower (was truly massive) Restaurant in the evening was dire mist if the group got their food but they seemed to forget about my order so after waiting and waiting I stormed out the restaurant and not even a sorry was given. Putting that aside breakfast was fantastic and probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen in a hotel with the choice of eggs freshly cooked off the Al a carte menu. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very flimsy. Hairdryer isn’t very fast and took me ages to dry my hair so if you need one take your own. The bath was love,y and wish I could’ve bought that home with me was a luxury to be able to fit in the bath with ample room. We walked to town in the morning and was a fresh brisk walk but it’s doable so you get to take In the embassy’s etc but if you don’t like or can’t walk fat then a taxi or Uber will do as it’s quite far out. We loved our stay and the group of 6 we all enjoyed ourselves. This would be definitely an option to return if the prices were right. Thank you for a wonderful stay
