CChelsea RobVery good hotel at a sensible price. Ate breakfast very nice though getting a milk to go with coffee was difficult.Lots of choice and high quality. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and had steak very delicious and only 1300 baht including vat and service charge. Swam in the pool which is lovely but surprisingly cool maybe because it is on floor 28. I would recommend and stay again. Remember this is a modern concept hotel that traditionalists may not favor. Why the bed base is massively oversized l have no idea.

GGuest UserReally modern and well appointed hotel. Probably the most modern in Khon Kaen. Restaurants are decent and not overly priced like other hotels in the area. I stay here because it’s new and there is probably the best gym in the city a 2 min walk from there called Mega Gym. The only issue I had was for a super modern hotel the rooms have old flat screens that are not HDMI compatible. Very strange to be honest as the older hotels in Khon Kaen all have smart TVs. This actually caused me to move during my 2 week stay in the city. Besides that very nice hotel and great staff.

WWally CookOverall the Romantic Hotel is presented very well, with the exception of its Location it is a little ways from the City center and Shops/Bars this is the only draw back.The Quality of the Hotel is very nice,the Rooms are first class and very thin ng is Spotless Overall we enjoyed ourvstay

GGuest UserDefinitely recommend this hotel. Walking distance to central shopping centre. 2 min walk to Tops supermarket and for convenience there is a 7-11 closer. Room was big and clean. Bathroom huge with a seperate bath tub. The only thing which I would have expected from a hotel like this was tooth brushes in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Alot of variety. Cannot fault the staff. I ended up returning for a second time. Highly recommend

AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is next to the road. But the car is not very active. There is spacious parking in the back. The receptionist was polite and willing to serve. Got a room on the 3rd floor, but the elevator had to walk up half a floor. Overall, it's not stuck because it's not very high. You can easily walk up to the 3rd floor. The corridor is spacious and bright. The room is clean. organized into proportions The mattress is not soft, not so hard that it hurts my back. I sleep very comfortably. Close to tourist attractions, convenient to travel. Overall, it's good. Recommend staying.

KKeithI wasn't planning on staying in a hotel, but was just too tired to continue driving. I booked online minutes before showing up, and they were very helpful, as the booking was only just coming thru as I arrived! It is a great location, with a beautiful large pond within walking distance, the airport and downtown also a short drive just a short drive away! The Big-C is connected to the Hotel for anything you might need, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Next time I am in Khon Khaen, I will be staying here again!

SStay_Strong_ThailandFrom the outside, the hotel looks nice - almost like a resort, and the lobby is impressively ”artsy” looking. However, the room looks just TOO plain and ordinary - no artwork, no painting, no different colours - simply boring! It's as if most of the $ have been spent on the external looks and the beautiful rooftop, so there's not enough $ to decorate the rooms. The hotel also looks like it's still undergoing renovation, especially in the rooftop dining area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bathing area is small, and instead of a glass door, a cheap plastic shower screen is used - seriously? I also find not much thoughts have been given to the practicality of the design of the bathroom - the shower head faces the shower screen, thus splashing water all over the floor. Both bathroom and room are also dim. Language-wise, the staffs are not very proficient in English. The hotel is also situated very close to the Khon Kaen Lake, as well as walking distance to the famous temple - Wat Phra Mahathat. Food-wise, there are also some eateries and restaurants around, including a 7-Eleven. (Note: Dining at the rooftop is not expensive, so it's a good idea to enjoy the night view from the roof while dining too.) Room-wise, the room I had faced the afternoon sun, which makes it extra hot. Air-conditioning is also not very cold. Sadly, internet is spotty - most of the time slow, and one frequently loses connection.
