Outstanding
GGuest UserI can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

GGuest UserBeautiful revamped hotel. Overall a fantastic experience! Gave us a complimentary birthday upgrade to a beautiful huge suite in the ruby tower. They have a couple of towers, but ruby tower is the tower you will want to be in, w a close by self parking garage connected and a more dedicated check in lobby. You also get direct lift lobby access to the gym, pool and juice bar. Hotel was connected to the casino floor and direct access to plenty of restaurants. We tried 1 of them and even though pricey, it did not disappoint. Service was decent for a hotel of this size. Rooms were well designed and quite high tech. Just remember to not touch the sensor activated mini bar at all cost - unless you want to pay through your nose. Saw that you could order room service and the prices were similar to the restaurant prices we went to, so that was quite nice. Views were ok, not the best but acceptable, we faced the pool and given it was low season, it wasn’t noisy at all. The carpark felt fairly safe, we noticed security patrolling a couple of times. There is a valet parking option if you like. Great option to stay at as the other hotels on the strip all charge crazy daily parking rates. Location from the strip is way nearer than it looks, an easy straight road walk down for about 15-20 mins, and you’ll get to the miracle mile shopping centre and the strip. Once you’re back at the hotel, you are away from all the crazy and in a very safe space. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel environment is okay, you have to pay extra resort fee when you check in, but trip.com didn’t state the resort fee. The hotel room is not bad, location is good, close by north outlet shopping center . We contributed over $4000 ro ****** in 6 days and a few women dealer was Rudely and so grouchy, we didn’t like it and will not come back to spend money for this hotel the Hilton hotel has famous street food , we tried ramen noodle at PhO restaurant . It is so salty and thick noodle, very greasy. It is worst food l ever. Bad service either . The food from Chinese restaurant (GenTing) are the best in Hilton . Will come here for Chinese restaurant next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth but upgrading your room was a bit of work. The main lobby is nice as well as the walk through. The main building is cool looking and they have valet. Your stay may be in the second tower instead of the main building. Room service does a good job of cleaning up the place but unless they do a deep clean and wiping everything things are left over. Found hair from other couples in the bathroom.

GGuest UserMy leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

GGuest UserI will never stay at this hotel again! They charged me an extra $76.95, and I only understand that $40 of it was for valet parking. I didn't make any purchases in the room, so I have no idea where the remaining $36.95 came from. As a non-native speaker, I felt uncomfortable calling to dispute it, so I gave up. This hotel is now on my blacklist. For the best value in Las Vegas, Trump Hotel is clearly the way to go. The facilities are good, and at least they don't overcharge you.

GGoldenGuanPrice is reasonable, it is off the Strip but you can walk to the strip in 10-15 minutes, reasonable distance. Room is spacious and quite well maintained! Hotel is now partially under renovation, looking forward for the newly constructed area! Though some part of the hotel is not in service, but I was surprised to see there’s a good Chinese restaurant inside the hotel! It was a good experience!

11blessedbraiderMy sisters and I met in Las Vegas for weekend and stayed at the Strat. We booked 2 rooms. My sister checked in at Kiosk and it was pretty easy. The kiosk wouldn’t take my AZ ID so I went to check in desk. Which was pretty quick I also received free 2 tickets to the Tower Deck. I gave to my other sisters since I’m scared of heights. When we got to our rooms my sister was on 4th floor and her room wasn’t too clean. Makeup on the sheets and towels. My room 5th floor was clean on the other hand. We just didn’t have many towels. Since we both worked housekeeping at Hilton we know how things go. We are at all the restaurants which was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see any shows we had other plans on our itinerary this trip. The Strat was very accommodating. The pool was a long walk down the 8th floor hall but the pool social was a vibe. Very clean. Sunny. Service was amazing as well.
