We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in Vietnam, which opened two months ago. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a delightful receptionist who was incredibly warm and attentive. She was the only staff member who spoke Russian, and her help was invaluable throughout our stay, assisting us quickly with any questions or issues we encountered. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It’s located perfectly in the city on the second shoreline, which is only a short walk to the beach. The atmosphere is calm and serene, making it ideal for those looking to relax and unwind in a quiet setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. To make our experience even more memorable, at the end of our stay, the lovely receptionist surprised us with a small gift – a toy and a handwritten note in Russian. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us and showed the level of care and personal touch that this hotel provides. A big hello from Kazakhstan to the entire team, especially to the wonderful receptionist who made our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam and look forward to coming back again!

PPavelMostly good - the room is okay, the view is beautiful. Some stains on the floor. It was a seaview room, and when it was windy, the howling was very loud. Hot water pressure is low. In the mornings, you can hear a bell ringing from somewhere and some very loud music as early as 6 am. The staff at the reception is very helpful - I wanted to rent a motorbike, and they've arranged this for me (there's not really much to see around if you go by foot).

GGuest UserWonderful hotel 1 block from the beach in the center of Naha Trang. Be sure to get an ocean view suite. Unusually excellent breakfast and restaurant in hotel with a broad range of traditional Vietnamese dishes and fusion and western options if preferred. Will come again. 5 stars!

SStefanThis hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

GGuest UserService was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

진진짜냐The best value resort in Nha Trang, Alibu, my number one in my heart 😍 I stayed at the resort next door last year and visited Alibu Resort in March this year and I liked the view of the resort and the banh xeo was served for breakfast and I visited again this August and I was impressed once again by the thoughtfulness and sense of welcoming and remembering my return visit 👍👍👍 It was convenient to communicate with the staff in Korean through KakaoTalk and it was the resort that gave me the happiest memory of this trip 🫶 Of course I will stay at Alibu Resort again next time Breakfast was also delicious! The mini beach was better maintained than before so it was even better!! I saw a lot of fish, and because the water was clear, you could see fish even on the water 😻 Snorkeling equipment rental was free, so I chose what was prepared for free It was my first time snorkeling, and it was so much fun 😍 Thank you, Alibu, for giving me such a fun, happy, and precious memory Let's meet again next year ❤️

GGuest Usera little hesitant in choosing this hotel because I noticed it has been in operation for a long time. However, I still choose it because it's convenient, right in the center, I can take my children to the beach every day. Breakfast is not much but basically suitable for the price. Friendly employee. The security guard always smiles when guests come in and out. The restaurant serves attentively. I will come back when I have a chance

Hotel didn’t attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying “yes it can be at that time” I said “okay sure I can wait”, so it wasn’t check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said “u can go to ur room! But it’s 200k vnd for early check in!” I was surprised cuz why u can’t tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists weren’t helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didn’t ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! What’s wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,
