Arthotel Ana Goggl Reviews

The Ana Goggl is a very nice hotel right in the middle of Landsberg, close to everything. It's extremely well run, the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was small considering this is an expensive hotel, but it was comfortable and clean. All linen, hygeine e.t.c. was excellent. Good TV. There was no kettle or microwave, no crockery or cutlery. The shower was ridiculously small. But positives were the free coffee anytime and the very good storage for our bikes. You could hang out in the lounge/ breakfast area and have a cup of tea e.t.c. Overall, very good.

es gibt alte und neu renovierte Zimmer. Ich war zu erst in einem alten Zimmer untergebracht, das wirklich sehr sehr abgewohnt war. Das hätte ich so hingenommen, wenn nicht ein permanentes Brummen (Kühlhaus, Klimaanlage o.ä.) mich vom Schlafen abgehalten hätte. Die sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das war deutlich besser ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr hübsch. Mit der Sauberkeit gibt es aber generell ein Problem: schwarze Ränder an den Duschköpfen, Krusten an den Wasserhähnen, Dreck in den Schränken und Schubladen, Staub, Spinnweben und noch einiges mehr. Ich habe zwei Punkte für die Sauberkeit vergeben, weil nicht alles schlecht war. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Beispiel waren vorbildlich

Great location. Cannot fault it for that. The perfect spot really. Parking garage located very close to hotel and not expensive. The hotel itself is quite dated and needs a freshen up. Still fine to stay for a couple days. Furniture in the corridors looked worn and the room was clean but not usual hotel standard clean. Air con cooled down one bit of the room which was not ideal as the temperatures were high when we visited.

Great little hotel. I had a small room but it was very clean and well kept. No noises keeping me awake and the bed was good. Only downside is the german balloon like fiber pillows. Parking was close by in an old bunker complex with plenty of room and fair price.

Good hotel in the center of landsberg, with professional workers of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean, the internet was really fast, pleased in my stay... Near the hotel there was a fast food restaurant, and also there was a pavillion Chinese restaurant.

My company booked this hotel as the usual hotel we usually stay in was already fully booked. The hotel is situated in a very nice location, right in the center of the city just a couple meters away from the main square. Check in was quick, I was given a traditional key and not a key card like what most hotels have nowadays but it didn't bother me and I think it even adds to the charm. The elevator was quite small and the halls were a bit dark but the room was clean, spacious and functional. The bed was not the most comfortable though but my room had a nice view of the street below. They have paid secure parking, although you will not really need your car as the hotel is an easy walk from shops, restaurants, etc... Breakfast was OK, not too much options. Overall, nothing exceptional although the ambiance and the quaint traditional decor of this boutique hotel gives it a better feel than similar category hotels in the area.

No complaints about the room itself it was comfortable enough nice location on the main road in town. Only gripe is the breakfast is a bit stupidly priced at €15pp incl kids. No parking either. Parked by the river and walked to the hotel which was about 15 min walk.

We visited this Restaurant during a journey through Oberbayern. The location is very central in the middle of the old city. The room was nice, and decorated in ancient style. The service was a bit unfriendly but otherwise very efficient. They have good beds and the room was big.

Majority of previous reviews rate its location. This can’t be faulted, great location in town centre. From this point things get iffy. I’m not sure that I’d rate the general cleanliness as excellent as dust layered bathroom make up mirrors and an ugly missing tile resulted in a big hole in the tiled shower base. Shower water runs intermittently hot then cold resulting in a very interesting early morning shower experience. Breakfast is adequate, no more no less. The rooms are equally adequate but hotel decor strangely chicken themed. Bizarre. No meals other than breakfast and hotel ‘bar’ a niche in the wall with a pay as you go fridge. Parking best booked behind hotel well in advance. Staff reasonable. You pay for what you get and this place reflects that. It didn’t blow me away and I’m glad we were only here for 3 nights.

Terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and cancelled too late. Then the hotel refused to re-instate my booking and kept the money as per their cancellation policy. All happened within one hour. Clearly the room was still free but the hotel preferred to keep my money and give the room to someone else. Obviously quite lucrative policy but hardly good Customer service. Can’t imaging staying there would be a good experience….

I went with my family and Hotel was very clean and confortable. But we were missing VERY IMPORTAN THINGS to feel more secure and have a nice confort.!! 1.SAFETY CASE FOR MONEY DID NOT WORK (also the boxes are not fixed to the furniture, so they dont have any sense!) 2.-NO CLOTHES CLEANING SERVICE!! 3.-NO CHANNELS IN SPANISH. (only an extremadura channel that noone see in Spain!) 4.-CAR PARKING COSTS 4 TIMES MORE THAN CITY PARKING (EUR 15 PER NIGHT COMPARED TO EUR 3 TO REST, 5.-YOU CAN NOT CONNECT TO RECEPCIONIST WITH ROOM TELEPHONE, IT IS NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY YOU CAN NOT DO NOTHING!!!! So please be so kind to improve these small things and you will improve a lot your services. All the rest was good, very cleaned hotels, recepcionist are really nice and comunicative, and room is confortable!

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Arthotel ANA Goggl in Landsberg am Lech. The hotel is in the center of the town in a great location. We rented a private parking space that the hotel offers for 15 Euro per day. Otherwise, you will need to look for public parking lots if you have a car. Our room was fine, but not exceptional in any way. The breakfast provided a number of food options and was acceptable in quality. We loved that coffee and tea was available all day and part of the evening in the dining area. The staff was friendly but several of the staff struggled with English to some extent. We were able to borrow bikes they had available without charge and there is a park close by for a nice bike ride. Overall, we found this hotel to fall into the acceptable range of accommodations. It provided basic services at a fair price in a great location, and is worth consideration when reviewing hotel options in this area.
