New World Langfang Hotel

Absolutely terrible. It feels like all their money went into the lobby, which looks nice, but the rooms are old, and worse, there are bugs! Not mosquitoes, but what felt like fleas! My legs were scratched raw! I was covered in bites! The bathroom in the room had a strong, unpleasant smell, the carpet was very dirty, and the window wouldn't open, making it very damp! A truly awful experience.

The environment is quiet and peaceful, and check-in was very efficient. It's super convenient for getting around and dining out. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable staying here, and the experience was great.

I specifically went to visit the 'Dream of the Red Chamber Drama City' and stayed here for two nights with my elderly parents and child. Before the trip, I compared several hotels around the Drama City. The prices were similar, and the distances were all moderate. I ultimately chose this hotel because it was newer and had better facilities. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. Since we arrived by high-speed train, we didn't check in until after 8 PM. We chose a suite on the 22nd floor, which was spacious and suitable for a family to relax. There was a greeter at the front desk, and check-in was very efficient. The room rate included breakfast for two adults, and they thoughtfully provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. The suite had many highlights: two bathrooms and double sinks, perfectly avoiding the hassle of waiting to get ready in the mornings and evenings. The bathroom space was ample, and the bathtub even came with bath salts. Hand soap was provided at each sink, and the toiletries were complete, even including body lotion, which many hotels don't offer. The room hygiene was good, and the room was very quiet; I didn't experience the noise issues mentioned in other reviews. The air conditioning cooling was also sufficient. The only minor drawback: the bathroom drain was a bit slow, and water accumulated noticeably. It would be even better if this could be improved. Breakfast at the hotel wasn't particularly amazing, but the variety was complete and met daily needs. The restaurant staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient. It's about a ten-minute drive to the 'Dream of the Red Chamber Drama City' and the high-speed rail station during peak hours, and a taxi ride usually costs the minimum fare. Overall, everything was very satisfactory. If I come to Langfang again, I will still prioritize choosing this hotel.

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips, and it consistently delivers a reliable and good value experience. The location is easy to find, and the parking area is spacious. The bathroom facilities are excellent, and the staff are professional and attentive, always going out of their way to assist with any requests. Overall, my stays are always very comfortable.

The hotel's decor is very stylish, the breakfast is delicious, and the bedding in the room is comfortable. The front desk staff were also very encouraging and had a great attitude. I'm very satisfied.

I arrived quite late, but my room was held for me, and the front desk staff on duty that night were very warm and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent; the 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. The braised pork and 'dalumian' (noodle dish) would be even better with a bit less salt. The parking lot only has a few spaces in front of the building, and I heard the underground parking charges separately, so I didn't use it.

You can tell the New World was once very thoughtfully designed, but in reality, the management feels a bit lacking and the hardware maintenance is a bit subpar. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are great, and while breakfast wasn't amazing, it was sufficient, and the Dalu noodles were good!

The front desk lady was very helpful, arranging a quiet room for me and upgrading my room type. The room was quite spacious, and the lobby was also bright and airy. The only downside was the complimentary bottled water, which was really subpar. Everything else was good, and the service was excellent.
