The hotel room and hotel was great - overall a good one night stay. Front desk and staff seemed like they hated being there and the least enthusiastic staff I’ve encountered over my stay in Vancouver island.

Coffee in the lobby seemed empty in the morning. Had to ask several times to refill

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant. Close to everything we planned to visit.

Very clean hotel and the breakfast included was very good! Unfortunately the pool was being redone, but will be good for the future.

Really like the hotel …room, facility key very well … the only  unfortunate part was due to the fact of very noisy guests who party late into the night. Definitely like the hotel and we will be back.

Convenient hotel, poor soundproofing, good service

The hotel is located in a new area, very conveniently located, next to Costco, and two minutes drive to McDonald's. The room we were given was very large, I added a kids cot for $15 per night, the facilities were very new, the beds were very clean, and there was a walk-out balcony to see the night view. It was only about 20 minutes to downtown Victoria, and I was generally satisfied.

The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping and eating, and it is not far from the highway

The room is spacious and comfortable, hygienic and clean, with complete facilities and very good service!
