Extremely disappointing room reservation experience.
I had booked a 3-bedroom unit for a 2-night stay well in advance. Just one hour before the official 3 PM check-in time, the Host informed me that the unit was double-booked due to their internal error. I was given only two options: accept a “free upgrade” to a 4-bedroom unit at a different location or receive a full refund.
With no practical alternative at the last minute, I was forced to accept the so-called upgrade. Unfortunately, this "solution" required me to pack up, check out, and move again the very next day to another location to complete my second night’s stay. This caused significant disruption to my planned activities and overall trip.
The Host and their team demonstrated a clear lack of experience and consideration. This mishandling of the reservation negatively affected my travel plans, and I would not recommend this service to others.
