The facilities were really good. This was my second time booking here. The location is right in Cenang, which is very convenient. The price is excellent for what you get. The accommodation has a chalet-style concept, making it a great option if you plan to spend most of your day exploring and just want a comfortable place to come back to for a shower and sleep.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not clean at all and felt very dirty, especially the refrigerator cabinet and serving tray which was dusty and poorly maintained. We also expected the location to have direct beach access based on the photos shown. The walkway and sandy area beside it looked like a beach entrance, but unfortunately it was misleading and there was actually no proper access to the beach. It is crossing the the road to the beach. The only positive point was the large bathtub in the bathroom, which were quite nice. However, the floor was extremely slippery and dangerous, especially for small children. Overall, the room atmosphere was dark and gloomy, making the stay feel uncomfortable. But both receptionist (man and women) was good and polite.

The place was in the spot of chenang beach. Easy to get food or you can just walk on the street for get your souvenirs or who like a chocolate, yes you grab some😊

Nice and clean hotel. I am really not sure why it is not rated higher. The room was great and was super clean (minus the occasional bugs and mosquitoes, which is to be expected when you’re visiting a tropical island) and you can’t beat the location. The property is just a five minute walk from the beach and from all the cafes and restaurants, but it’s not so close to the loud part of the walking street so it’s quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff are very polite and friendly. The standard rooms are small, and the towels and bedding are old. The rooms have a fridge and air conditioning, but no safe.

Unfortunately I hate to leave this review However I just hope that they will take it as a learning curve.  Room was so dated feeling quite unsafe as the door lock was just nothing,  but a bathroom lock which it can been open with a coin from the outside.   Not a single coats hanger or anything to hang your coats on Requesting my room to be cleaned and fresh towels I end up was given dirty towels with ***** hair on and some kind of stain on it. Quite disappointing for the price that they charge there’s no street light once you leave the areas you were left in total darkness  Also they are carrying out maintenance work at 6:45am-7:00am banging on the room next to mine  having a disturbance early in the morning when you just wanted a Lying on a Sunday morning

I booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 night. To get to the accommodation, you have to walk through a narrow road where there were often stray dogs. The road is very dark at night, and with the possibility of dogs being around, it felt too scary to walk alone. The staff were friendly and nice. The refrigerator in the room was quite old and made loud noises all day, which was annoying. The only amenities provided were a bath towel and a small bar of soap. The towel smelled damp. There was no hairdryer in the room, but you could borrow one from the front desk.

We booked a family room this time. Location is always convenient to out and try many different restaurants. Would like to see more often for the cleaning staff to be able to take out rubbish on daily basis. Great stay as usual, otherwise.

Well, it's not really a hotel, more like a country house! In the mornings, you're woken by roosters, and in the evenings, if you decide to sit on your private mini-veranda, you'll encounter mosquitoes. And that's probably the only thing that might bother someone. Otherwise, the hotel is great. Housekeeping is available on request, even daily – you just put your key in the designated slot and return to a clean room. The bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is truly excellent for Asia. The beach and entertainment street are very close, but the hotel is set back a bit, so there are no unnecessary noises, just the sounds of nature. I recommend it!

"I had a wonderful vacation staying at this accommodation! The place was exactly as described — beautiful, spotless, and full of charm. However, if you're a very cozy person, this might not be the best fit for you. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, all within walking distance. It’s close to the beach, mall, spa, restaurants, and a convenience store. Our host was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. They gave us great tips on things to see and do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the manager for his kindness in offering us a ride to the airport early in the morning. Our flight was at 8 a.m., so we needed to check out by 6 a.m., and Grab wasn’t accessible that early." I highly recommend this hotel.
