The environment is quite clean, and the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast offers a good variety and quality. The hotel balcony generally faces the sunset, so you can watch the evening glow directly from your room. The location is in the city center, close to the beach, and tour operators for island hopping and mangrove tours can pick you up directly from the hotel.

This hotel has high ratings on Ctrip and Google Maps, so I'm a bit torn on how to review it. My honest feeling is that the hotel's facilities and decor absolutely do not meet 4-star standards. The price of 1000 RMB per night is completely incomparable to a two-bedroom apartment hotel in Kuala Lumpur that costs 300 RMB per night. The hotel was very crowded, but the pool wasn't large, the sea view was mediocre, and the breakfast was also quite average. I was genuinely disappointed. There was a delay in check-in, and it was only after I expressed my dissatisfaction that a manager apologized and offered a fruit platter. We booked for three people, but there wasn't an extra bed prepared in the room beforehand. The hotel service on Langkawi Island truly left us all dissatisfied.

The hotel definitely has sea views. I asked the front desk to arrange a high-floor room for me, and the view was absolutely stunning! The overall service from the staff was excellent. I accidentally left something at the front desk and rushed back to find it before my flight. They were very helpful and cooperative in finding my lost item.

Make sure to book a high-floor sea view room at this hotel, and if possible, communicate that with the front desk in advance. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel also has access to Central Beach. The sand is incredibly white, and it's not crowded at all. Plus, there's a complimentary hotel shuttle that takes you directly to the beach, which was a fantastic perk! I would definitely recommend this place to friends. The only minor downside is that the hotel feels a bit older and slightly dated.
