Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my stay at Best Star Resort. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was very unpleasant. The soundproofing is terrible — I could hear everything from the neighboring room, including someone talking late at night and a woman vomiting the entire night, which made it impossible to sleep.
Breakfast was disappointing as well. The food was not tasty, especially the sausages — they were really awful.
The only positive thing I can mention is the housekeeping boy. He was responsive and did a good job — changed the towels when asked and cleaned the room well.
Would not stay here again.

Everything for me is sooo good even the food, location, pool & sea. Souvenir & food shopp is nearby, just a bit problem parking is limited near road and public parking too far also parking fees is 😨😰😱
Picture showed the view of sea at the back of the resort & another one is pool area.

Spacious and comfortable room, suitable for families with kids. Easy to find near airport. The hotel is in front of the beach and there is a fire show every night. Walking distance to dataran Cenang, restaurants, and foot massage places. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, but the rice needs improvement as it was always hard during my 4D3N stay. However, the other dishes were tasty and good. Thank you for the comfortable room and friendly staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
