Nice hotel, check in process took a rather long time though, not ideal after a long days travel. Once checked in the hotel had some great children’s activities e.g crafts, reading, cinema room & go karting, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a 20/30min walk away from the old town along the bridge. The hotel sits nicely across the road from the huge white pagoda which overseas the whole of Langzhong and the Jialing River.

酒店在江邊，在房間可以看到閬中古城，南津關古鎮步行就能到，去白塔山也很近，出行遊玩十分方便 。房間不僅景色好，還超大超敞亮，衞生也無可挑剔，床單被罩乾淨整潔，角角落落都一塵不染，住起來非常安心 。酒店的服務也十分周到，從前台到客房服務員，再到餐廳服務員，都禮貌待客，有問必答。前台工作人員辦理入住高效流暢，還貼心地為我提供了很多遊玩建議。酒店的早餐也相當豐盛，各種中西式美食應有盡有 。特別要誇誇那碗麪，湯底濃郁，麪條勁道，我連吃兩碗都不過癮 ，住在這裏真的太值了，下次我還會選擇這裏 。

來閬中過週末，專門定的標準化的五星級想着睡好一點，第一天孩子的房間空調嘯叫了一晚，讓工程部維修了，第二天我房間空調開始發出管道嘯叫聲，跟前台打電話反應前台居然説能不能不開空調，這事好像是該客户自己處理，然後我讓他們通知維修後前台説聯繫工程部，然後沒人來，沒回復，早上問前台説這事根本沒登記，一句抱歉都沒有，住了兩天，毀了一個週末，真好。對於標準化衞生和軟件規格這些差點都能忍，關鍵是服務是可控和隨時合理調整變量，也是酒店水準的核心，這個酒店的處理客户訴求方式是一點不理，處理客訴也是一點沒給情緒價值的，解釋內容是最近洗管道，所以有異響，那我建議你們閉店幾天，解決問題，而不是讓客户承擔問題。避坑！！不如去住客棧，服務都比他們好得多！
