賓館位置好，在江邊道路旁邊，去古城方便。房間整潔，設施好。

過年期間訂了2天大窗房，因預訂好一路要去的好幾處住宿，到達這就沒注意，就住了一間小的。後協商第二天給換預訂好的房，還讓加錢，當然沒加也給換了，節假日己比平時價高多了，老闆態度是好的但再多點誠信吧。隔音欠佳，旁邊房間説話，電視，早起聽得很清楚。熱水有，但1人洗完澡，另1人始終沒等到熱水，住2個房間都這樣。優點：位置好，離古城近，離江邊近，大點房間還是寬敞明亮的，停車也方便。

前台小哥服務熱情，汽車主題，空間略微侷促但該有的都有，衞生間寬敞，水流大，沖澡很舒服，主要是離古城很近，直接把車停酒店門口很方便！

此店真是太棒了！從服務到設施都無可挑剔。前台的工作人員非常熱情，讓我感到賓至如歸。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我在旅途中得到了充分的休息。閬中也是很美麗的城市 期待下次春節能來看看。

1，306元一晚的15平米房間，設施非常陳舊，陳舊也就罷了，毛巾架其實是斷的，服務員假裝放在上面是好的，結果我一進去掛毛巾，桿子連着毛巾一起掉在地上了。我認為壞了就是壞了，不應該把壞的假裝放在上面，欺騙顧客，難道住店客人都是**嗎？
2，我辦入住手續時問是否有電梯，老闆馬上回答不幫客人拿行李，然後才回答我沒電梯，回答的順序很有意思，先告訴你不幫客人拿行李，其次才回答沒電梯，語氣之乾脆，語速之迅速，這絕對是我第1次見到店家這種態度對顧客。當然，原本給我安排到3樓的，後來我們説自己年紀大了爬不動也拿不動，在我的要求下安排到2樓了，這點要肯定。
3，入住時，微信掃了100元的按金，退房時我以為是原路返回，把按金條給服務員就出門了，等我坐到車上，微信退款還沒收到，我又返回酒店詢問，才知道是退現金。我説那你幹嘛不退給我，她説以為我走了，我説你可以打我電話呀，她説不知道我的電話，我説訂房就有電話的呀，何況我晚上有事還打過你們電話呀。當時服務員和老闆都在，我出門時居然沒有一個人喊我拿按金，如果我不自己找回來，難道按金就不給我了？現在的酒店都是微信掃按金原路返回。這家店不能原路返回，就應該掃按金時告訴顧客，退房時記得拿現金。
我們外出都是在攜程上訂酒店，住了無數個酒店，第1次碰到以上情況，非常不開心，實事求是如實反應，希望店家改進！

老闆服務熱情，位置很優越，離古城很近，可以步行，衞生乾淨，停車也很方便，可以欣賞嘉陵江夜景，值得推薦！

位置靠江邊，很安靜，離古城也不遠。
酒店設施很齊全，樓下還有茶室，酒店工作人員服務到位，態度友好。
