Needed a room and the owner was so helpful. It is simple and the rooms are clean. the breakfast is composed of home-made products, regional Breton and 100% French, salted and sweet. The comfort rooms are located on the courtyard side. They are 18 m² with a toilet separated from the shower, a private veranda or a private balcony. There is a large TV screen, international channels + canal+, BeIn Sports, Eurosport. I would happily stay there again.

Accueil très chaleureux, chambre très propre. Situé de 15 à 20 mn des belles plages et du sentier des douaniers. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour famille ou en couple. Nous y avons dormi une nuit pour faire une étape de nos vacances en Bretagne.

Accueil très agréable et attentionné pour ma femme et moi ainsi que notre fille de 2ans lors de notre roadtrip en vélo. Solution pour securiser les vélos, petites attentions pour chacun et sympathie de l'ensemble du personnel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable et terrasse très appréciée. Petit déjeuner excellent avec produits maisons et locaux. Bon emplacement pour rayonner rapidement sur Lannion ou Perros Guirec. Je recommande vivement.

Un grand merci au patron du Brit Hotel pour son accueil. Nous avons été accueillis car bloqués sur place a cause d’une voiture en panne. Une chambre propre, agréable, fraîchement nettoyée. Bouteilles d’eau fraîche pour nous accueillir. A l’écoute et très bon conseiller pour visiter et se déplacer dans les alentours. L’hôtel accueille également les chiens (meme très gros pour notre cas). Le petit déjeuner buffet propose des bons produits, faits maison. De quoi régaler petits et grands. Je recommande +++ ce charmant hôtel. Je pense y revenir très bientôt

Petit séjour sur Lannion. On a été très bien accueilli par le nouveau propriétaire dans ce petit hôtel. Il est bien placé sur la route de Perros. Chambre confortable et bien agencée. Le gros plus est le petit dejeuner qui est composé de produits "maison" dont un far breton à craquer.
