設施明顯不是2022年開業的樣子，浴室門有一邊沒有封條，水流出來很多。卧室門口有台階，是危險因素。早餐品種少，質量底。牛奶和飲料兑了不少水。房間佈局，傢俱都陳舊，開業十年以上的樣子。

預訂頁面寫着該房型位於4—5樓，實際位於3樓，而且根本沒有什麼至尊套房，全部是棋牌室，裏面煙味或者説黴味非常重，導致鼻炎發作嚴重。淋浴房是沒有門的，裏面是堵的，下水很不通暢，朋友房間，淋浴房漏水的。廁所沖水的時候，水會噴濺到外面，入住的時候電視機旁有一瓶開封過的礦泉水，電視機下面的地板上有污漬，對衞生有要求的都不要去住了吧。但是邊上兩家店味道不錯，國泰老闆娘態度也很好

出差過來，💯💯💯酒店位置很好，就在蘭溪市區，周邊吃喝玩樂都很多，房間的衞生很乾凈整潔，光線也充足，床品睡着很舒服，洗浴花灑的水也很大，洗澡很舒服。前台的服務態度蠻好的，也有耐心，酒店有小機器人🤖送東西挺方便的，早餐還不錯，味道可以的。性價比挺高的，是個不錯的選擇👍

酒店是新裝修的，房間衞生還比較乾淨的，酒店在老城的市中心，邊上吃飯比較方便。酒店有早餐，邊上停車比較擁擠。

房間臟，破，舊，進去一股黴味煙味，待了一會實在沒法住，直接還了房卡也沒讓退錢直接走人，還整得挺像那麼回事的什麼主題房，住進去什麼東西啊，外面看看門臉還像那麼回事的，走進走廊那個層高看着就鬧心

住宿環境一般，這個價格有點偏高了，早餐差評，早餐金額15元，早餐是外包的，讓隔壁一家麪館承包，稀飯是糊味，沒法吃，選擇一份小籠之後，老闆娘一直盯着你，給人的感覺好像怕你重複再拿一份，生怕虧本似的，梅乾菜餅很難吃

交通：這個酒店性價比很高，位置挺方便的，周邊離各種商圈都挺近的，出行還是非常便捷的，吃喝玩都挺方便。
設施：酒店整體風格簡約大氣，公共區域佈置的很漂亮，客房佈置清新，衞生乾淨整潔
服務：前台服務人員很熱情，有疑問的問題都幫忙解答了，蠻好的
