Because I decided to travel to Lanzhou at the last minute, I forgot to make a reservation when booking the hotel. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no room with a double bed. The staff at Wyndham Hotel quickly gave me a solution, recommended that I book a family room first, and upgraded my room type. Considering that it would be very troublesome to change rooms later, I immediately helped to renew the room after communicating with the hotel the next day. I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Wang Xia for the proper arrangements. The Wyndham rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

The hotel is very close to the West Railway Station and the Provincial Museum. The room is relatively large, and other facilities are good, but the phone was broken when we first arrived in the room, the plugs of the TV and the set-top box were loose, and the remote control had to be pressed for a long time to respond. What makes people even more uncomfortable is that these TV stations such as Central 5, 6, and 8 charge a fee (I have never encountered this situation in any other place), the sound of the air-conditioning fan is also loud, and the breakfast is reasonable. It’s a lot, but the service can’t keep up. I haven’t seen anyone make omelette and bacon for three days. Chaos and noodles are made very slowly.
