It's a pretty good hotel. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is spacious and atmospheric. Next to it is the Yellow River. You can come out to see the Yellow River and walk along the Yellow River at night. Everyone is welcome.

The business room we stayed in for training had good lighting and a nice environment. The facilities were a bit outdated. There were many hospitals nearby and it was relatively close to the center of Lanzhou.

The room was too bad. The air conditioner was just a decoration. When I asked the staff, they said the air conditioner was a central air conditioner. If it was turned off, just ask us to change the air conditioner. The room was stuffy as hell. The phone number in the room is also in arrears. Getting caught in the rain is not good either. The room facilities are too good. I really don’t recommend it. Don’t stay here.

How can a four-star hotel be run like this? I can tolerate the old facilities. After all, this hotel has been in operation for ten years. But even though I can check out at 2pm, they still ask me to check out at 12pm, otherwise I will be charged half a day's room charge. The service attitude of a four-star hotel should not be like this. Ah, this is not only a hotel service level, it must at least be worthy of this price!

The internal phone line couldn't be connected. I used my mobile phone to call the front desk and asked. The answer was that the network was broken; the toilet seat was broken and could not be used. I called the front desk and asked them to change rooms. The receptionist came back and said there were no rooms available and asked the waiter to fix it. The waiter came and couldn't fix it. She said she knew to notify the front desk, but there was no news as soon as she left. Then he called the main station again and was told to notify someone from the engineering department to repair it. Ten minutes later, people from the engineering department came to fix it; the water supply stopped after ten o'clock in the evening, and there was no waiter to explain why the water supply was stopped and when it would come. Therefore, the toilet cannot be used, let alone defecation. I woke up after six o'clock in the morning, prepared to go downstairs to find a public restroom to defecate, and asked the receptionist what was going on. As a result, when I went to the elevator, all the elevators were stopped, and I lived on the 9th floor. I always couldn't get through the call to the main station. As a last resort, call 110 to call the police. Afterwards, I called 110 and said that they had to call several times before they got through. The cause of the power outage was a broken transformer, which was being repaired. But I don’t know when the emergency repairs will be back to normal. I called the main station again, called several times, and finally got through. When asked why he didn't answer the phone, he replied that he was sleeping. When will the electricity come, when will the water come, and when will the elevator be opened? The answer was 7 o'clock, and the generator can be used to generate electricity after 7 o'clock. The call came at seven o'clock. I washed up and went to the restaurant on the second floor to have breakfast. After breakfast, I returned to the room, packed my luggage and went to the train station, but the elevator stopped again. This time it was a bit urgent. I quickly called the main station and was told that some law enforcement bureau came and forcibly pulled the switch. Of course, they didn't say what the reason was. The front desk said to notify the waiter to help us carry our luggage and go downstairs. But no one came, and I had to wait several times before a waiter came. Finally completed the check-out procedures. In addition, the bathroom floor has many stains. I don't know whether it has not been cleaned or is too old. The metal frame that separates the wet and dry parts is rusty, and the basin in the washroom also has two cracks. The air conditioner made a lot of noise, but the room had no windows, so I couldn't turn off the air conditioner, so the noise continued all night. This hotel on Ctrip shows a four-star rating, but judging from actual experience, the software and hardware are far from a four-star rating.

Facilities: It's really terrible. It's the peak tourist season recently, and the hotel should pay more attention to the city's image. The price is expensive, the facilities are poor, there are basically no lights inside, the room is too dark, there are no windows, and the room is super depressing. The air conditioner was turned on, as was the fan. It was so hot that I started to sweat. When I called the front desk, I couldn't get through. There was no hair dryer inside. It was really the worst experience I've ever had.

I have to say, really, it’s so close to Lanzhou West Station, within walking distance, there is also the famous Lanzhou Center, a lively street, and a bar street nearby (unexpectedly), I took the 15th bus I drove to the snack night market on Zhengning Road and felt the characteristics of Lanzhou in the northwest. There is a long-established beef noodle shop near the hotel, "Mogouyan Beef Noodle", and the others are very good. It is worth staying.
