1、地方比較偏，酒店孤零零獨處一隅，周圍很空曠，叫個外賣手機上顯示得要70、80分鐘。
2、房間隔音不好，隔壁的電視伴音聽的清楚；設施稍顯老舊，浴室門卡滯拉不動，得要很大力；細節處衞生不過關。
3、前台缺乏培訓，缺少應有的禮數、冷漠，不似自身宣傳星級酒店該有的水平。
4、攜程上訂的房，酒店仍要收取按金。

服務跟不上，春節旺季，室外衹開兩個池子。賓館14點才可以入住，20點温泉就關閉了，而且第二天早晨就不允許再進入，相比其他地方的温泉24小時之內隨時入住實在不能相比。房間隔音差，飛機的轟鳴聲吵的實在無法入睡，空調聲音也很大 ，基本徹夜未眠。

［位置］離蘭州新區高鐵站，蘭州中川國際機場距離真的很近，出行方便
［設施］裝修簡約高級，衞浴設備很輕奢，百度了一下都是七星酒店的配置，床品也是相當舒適，軟硬適中
［衞生］白色床品，整體衞生乾淨清爽
［服務］服務熱情，有求必應，因為標房已滿，酒店經理立刻給我們兩間房子免費為升級豪華套房，真的很到位

酒店環境優雅，配套齊全，距離蘭州新區的影視城，中川小鎮等景點都很近，温泉應該是蘭州附件周邊最好的了。適合週末短途旅遊，停車還免費。這次帶孩子去訂的温泉套餐，酒店還免費升級了豪華套房，太貼心了。

已經是帶着小朋友第4次去了，大體都還是滿意的。
早餐是自助的，菜品種類不是很多，還可以吧。
客房服務挺好的，我給小朋友要了一次浴袍一次性拖鞋，很快就送來了，期間有一次出了門忘記拿房卡了，很快就幫我開門取了卡。
晚上泡完温泉回去，洗澡的時候發現衞生間的護髮素沒有，也不方便再要了，就算了。沐浴液也不多，湊湊活活洗完了我們一家三口，也差不多沒了。
可惜，這次沒拍照

酒店服務很好，因為領導衹是短暫休息不過夜，本來訂的雅緻大床，後來酒店免費升級到了豪華大床，而且，領導到達時特別不舒服，就在房間點了外賣，雖然外賣員不能上樓送，但是聯繫前台後，酒店工作人員親自把外賣送到了房間，真心點贊酒店的服務！
