Traveling during the Chinese New Year, I came here very late to check in. It’s an old brand hotel, but overall it’s very good.
Facilities: I also came here from the pictures on Ctrip. The equipment and facilities are OK. The rooms are quite large and relatively comfortable.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good and the room is very clean.
Service: I contacted the hotel in advance before coming, and the communication on related needs was smooth. The service was online and there was no barrier to communication with each other.
It has a good Chinese New Year flavor and a good location. It’s still a highly recommended store.

The room I reserved is entitled to free room upgrade rights. My friends went to check in first. The hotel has always shirked that it is only available on both sides of each floor. It was not upgraded on the grounds that it would be very noisy, and I took my friends to see the upgraded room. The room is very noisy, so my friend refused, but after repeated requests, I found us an upgraded room after 12 o'clock in the evening, but it was not noisy. Change us to a non-noisy one upon request? Second, the toilet in the room we were given to us for the first time was broken. I asked the front desk clerk, and she said she didn't know🤷;

下來蘭州還會選擇這家酒店入住，性價比超級高。周邊非常方便，樓下有地鐵口站，小吃，商場。主要前台還幫我們升級了房間，態度很好。二樓早餐還有牛肉麪，新開的平涼牛肉也很好吃，聽説是甘肅的特色。下次出來玩還會選擇這裏。

整體不錯!性價比挺高，有免費停車場，配套設施完善，酒店附近就能吃到蘭州特色牛肉麪館。酒店離地鐵口、小吃街都很近，工作人員態度非常好，讓人感到非常親切!晚上點了外賣，由專門的機器人送餐到房間，既私隱又安全。提個小建議衞生間雖是乾濕分離，有玻璃隔斷，但跟不太熟的同事住還是會有點尷尬，整體是一次很nice的入住體驗!

房間整潔乾淨，剛住的時候設備出現問題，剛好有酒店的一位張女士打電話來問房間安排的是否滿意，順便給説了一下，立馬就解決了，還免費升級房型了，不管服務態度還是基礎條件特別不錯，房間有一本非常精美的《讀者欣賞》雜誌，晚上沒事翻了一下，感覺還挺有紀念意義，想帶走收藏，不知道可不可以🤭。
