Mercure Lanzhou Downtown

The room was very clean and spacious. My kids loved the plum juice in the lobby so much that we even took a bottle with us when we checked out, haha. I particularly want to praise the breakfast; the freshly made beef noodles and wontons were delicious! My whole family complimented me on choosing a great hotel this time. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk lady for the souvenir!

My actual stay here was pretty good. The hygiene was fine, no strange odors. The staff were friendly, and check-in was efficient. It's convenient for dining and getting a taxi nearby. It was quiet at night, so I got good rest. Good value for money, I genuinely recommend it.

Xiao Xin provided excellent service. Even though I checked in late at night, she helped me get acquainted with the hotel facilities and I ended up with a room I was very happy with. The entire service team was prompt and efficient in resolving any issues. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the views were beautiful.

The rooms are tidy and spacious, and the cleaning staff do a meticulous job. The front desk service is warm and attentive; they're always quick to help with any requests. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, it's conveniently located, and the price is very reasonable. I had such a pleasant stay, I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is perfectly located in Mingcheng Plaza, easy to find, and parking is convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the beautiful Yellow River is just steps away. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, tidy, and very cozy. They even provide complimentary drinks and water. For the price point, this hotel offers excellent value for money! A special shout-out to the staff (both male and female), who provide outstanding service and address every request. Definitely a five-star experience!

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway exit, by the Yellow River. You can easily reach a plaza by using the underpass right outside the hotel. Not far from the hotel, we found a fantastic lamb hotpot restaurant. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly generous, and all the noodle dishes were delicious. They even offered a variety of ramen options at the breakfast restaurant, which is something you definitely wouldn't find in our southern regions. The room was a good size with a practical layout, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The bedding was high quality, and both the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, making it a perfect place to get some good rest and relaxation during our trip!

Facilities: There's an EV charging station downstairs, which is great for electric car owners. Wanda Plaza next door offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, very convenient. Mercure provides 24-hour concierge service. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability). Complimentary gift. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy, very refreshing. Environment: From the high floors, you can enjoy beautiful night views of the Yellow River. Service: I requested two extra bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, and the communication was easy and delivery prompt. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.
