It was a very nice stay. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good, and the location is wonderful. If I had to think of one thing that I didn't like, it would be that the automatic lights in the room are a little annoying. I was taking a shower and the bathroom light turned off. I just had to wave my hand a little before the light turned on again, so it wasn't that bad or dangerous. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Say it first~ Service: Full marks. Service attitude is very good, there are emergency measures. Environment: Satisfied, unique style. Next, it's not good. Hygienic: There are sanitary corners, dirty carpets and cracks in floor tiles (maybe the reason why the hotel has been used for too long). Facilities: really bad. I stayed for two nights in total, and I started to book a standard room (close to the road noisy). After I arrived at the room, I contacted the staff to change the room. I was told that the standard room was close to the road and changed the room (tell me that the car may not be so noisy at night). The result is that I am too naive, not exaggerated to say that I feel like I sleep on the road, I don't fall asleep all night, and the whole person has to explode in an emotional state at any time. The next day, I decided to add a quilt to change to a big bed room (on a business trip with colleagues). The first time I changed the house, it was also very noisy (the sound of the restaurant equipment, saying that it would be better after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night), I couldn't help but want to change the hotel. The customer service staff contacted the front desk staff to suggest changing rooms in other areas. The room will be better; when we communicated at the front desk, the front office supervisor gave us a free upgrade to the room type. The service attitude was quite warm, but the air conditioning sound (automatic mode) in the last room was very large, and the air conditioning quilt was turned off. I saw on the Internet that this hotel is in a good location, just next to the Zhengning Road Night Market. The service of the old five-star hotel is also good. A family of three traveling by car, went to Lanzhou to finish dinner first, and then searched for Feitian Hotel near the place where they ate. This hotel has a history of 30 years. I am worried that the equipment is old, but after confirming with the front desk, it will be renovated in 2018. The utensils in the room are clean, very new, and have no peculiar smell. We booked for four nights, and when we got to the front desk, we were upgraded directly. They also patiently let us choose the room floor we wanted. The room was very comfortable, and mineral water was free. Every day when we came back, we would get prepared Tremella soup, small glutinous rice balls, and sweet mash. We looked forward to it every day. The surrounding area was also convenient. There was a small supermarket downstairs, and it was not far from where we often ate. Staying for the first time in the newly opened hotel last year, the room was very nice. The decoration is simple, elegant, warm and very comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, and the staff are enthusiastic and very service-minded. I originally checked out at 13:00, and contacted Zhang Guanqiao, a handsome guy at the front desk, and wanted to apply for a late check-out until 14:00. I was very happy to deal with it! I came to Lanzhou from Shenzhen and drank all the 4 bottles of water in the room at night. I contacted Mr. Zhang Guanqiao at noon and told me that the hotel’s Nongfu Spring is chargeable and gave me three bottles of C'estbon. Thank you very much. I would like to ask the hotel about this, shouldn’t this bottled water be delivered every day? Or is there a charge for drinking in the room? I didn't seem to have encountered this situation in other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel.
