The hotel is relatively tall, close to the old street, and the old street is right at the door. The location is excellent. It's seven or eight minutes away from Matan Metro Station, so it's relatively fast to travel by metro. The room was also very big. I booked two rooms and got an upgrade to a deluxe double room. The house was very big and I felt very comfortable. The heating and cooling is very hot in winter, and the quilt can't cover me when I sleep at night. It's really hot. The bath water is very comfortable and has a large amount of water. It is inconvenient to have no floor mat in the bathroom. Overall, it was good. We drove here and parked the car in the underground parking lot (there is a McDonald's a little ahead of the hotel and there is a sign to enter here). When we left the car, the hotel did not record the license plate in time. I turned back to pay the fee, and drove back and forth in the underground parking lot for half an hour. Finally, I went out from the entrance where I entered. It showed that the fee was still charged. I called the front desk again and talked for a long time. After a long time, the pole was raised, which made me feel better. I immediately felt depressed. The details were not done very well. The license plate was registered but not confirmed (it was my fault that I didn't write it down clearly), which wasted time. Another point is that a deposit of 300 yuan is required. I don’t understand that a five-diamond hotel has this process. I think it is not suitable for such a hotel and it is unnecessary. There don't seem to be many people who charge deposits now. Overall it's pretty good. This is just a small mistake. I hope it won't happen next time.
