We spent two nights here to take a rest. The room was large, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Free water was also available in the room. Unfortunately there was one downside to the room: there was mould behind the wardrobe and on the window sill. We travelled by bicycle and were allowed to store our bikes safely in the hotel lobby. We were also allowed to clean our bikes with a hose right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much for that!

Food left in fridge from previous customer. Beds are hard and can feel the metal spirals. Staff are kind. Rooms are not sound proof, so noise carries up into rooms from the parties below. Wifi is really strong and shower is hot, aircon works. If looking for a quite good rest just spend the extra $5 and get a hotel near the river.

1. The cleanliness was appalling. Upon checking in, I found several long female hairs and even curly body hairs on the pillows and sheets. It was clear the bed hadn't been properly serviced after the previous guests. 2. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable; I could distinctly feel the metal springs digging into my back. It felt like sleeping on a bare, hollow iron cage frame. 3. Of the four walls in the room, two were entirely made of glass, complete with sliding doors that opened directly onto the corridor. Both glass walls were covered with long fabric curtains. I have no idea what this room was originally designed for, but it certainly wasn't a standard guest room meant for sleeping. 4. This is a truly bizarre hotel.

A perfectly nice hotel for a short stay in the city. The location is central, close to several restaurants and the environment was quiet at night. We had a good sleep! The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The room was clean, and the hot water for the shower was electrically heated. It offered great value for money. The front desk staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The surrounding area is pleasant, and with a bank right next door, it felt very safe to stay here. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel.

If you are heading to sapa, you can wait for the big yellow local minibus that cost 40k. The bed is not what I am use to but all else great n clean
