One Pacific Place by Hiverooms

I made a same-day reservation, but it wasn't confirmed. There was no front desk, and the residence's security guard had the hotel key card. I called the hotel for an hour, but they didn't answer, so I had to find another hotel. I requested a refund, but they refused. They told me to wait until Monday again. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Don't book here. It's a disappointing, poorly managed hotel with no staff.
