I love the free airport transfer, it was very convenient, and the staff we’re so friendly and courteous. I will surely book this hotel again in our next family trip

10 minutes away from the airport with round-trip transportation. It is a perfect deal indeed, especially since it avoids heavy traffic.

The room and hotel premises are clean and with no stuffy smell given the limited space— very impressive for a small, budget hotel. The staff are polite and accommodating. I picked this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. A big plus for the free shuttle service going to the hotel— I had to leave at 3:30am to catch an early flight and the shuttle service was waiting and drove off on time. I highly recommend this hotel.

I like the round trip airport transport freebies. I like the location from the airport, jeepney and UV terminals and banks and resto. I like the kindness and accomodating staff but I hope they could do better on the sounding proof of the rooms and the drainage on the shower room. Nonetheless, its a great choice for solo traveller like me.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast buffet was good at a cheap price. So happy with the free airport rountrip transfer. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. They no longer have bunk beds so they upgraded me to twin deluxe for free.

FELICITY ISLAND hotel is about 10 ninutes from Cebu/Mactan airport (CEB) it's a small boutique hotel. It has a small cafe with good food, the staff is very responsive and friendly. I only needed a single room. It was very small but comfortable. It loolked like it was recently remodeled.It had a small refrigerator,safe, and had a bowl of different snacks. I definitely recommend this hotel and am making it my go to place when I come to Cebu.

I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in locating my lost item, which I eventually found at the airport. Their help and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

This is a good choice for an overnight stay for travellers arriving or departing through Cebu Mactan Airport. Everything works well - the aircon, there is hot water in the shower, good lighting (windowless room), friendly reception, security, drinking water fountain, wifi - and the rooms, though very small, are clean and comfortable - just don't expect to have much space to hang clothes or accommodate more than a backpack or small suitcase.

My partner had a great time staying here and wants to go back soon for future adventures!

Loved the airport pickup service, even though we got to Cebu at midnight, we were still picked up at no charge.
