"We checked into Room [Number12A-30] on [DateJan 10-26] and discovered a significant blood stain on the bedspread. We immediately reported this serious hygiene concern to the front desk. While staff promptly came to change the bedspread, no offer was made to change our room or provide any form of compensation for the unsanitary condition we encountered. The lack of an appropriate response and the initial unsanitary state of the room significantly impacted our stay. The hotel management's failure to recognize this as a major issue was very disappointing.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Savoy. The staff are very accommodating, the room is clean as well as the surroundings. Fast food/ stalls (jollibee, mcdo, 7eleven, starbucks,etc.) are also very accessible.

We enjoyed our stay. Plus they offer rooms where pets are allowed so we were able to enjoy our stay not just with my family but also with our dog.

We stayed at Savoy Hotel Cebu and overall the experience was just okay. The room was smaller than what was shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. The toilet was also quite small and did not feel as dainty or well-designed as expected. Another concern was the breakfast policy. We booked the room with breakfast for 3 pax, but only 2 breakfasts were honored because my daughter is already 12 years old. This was not clearly explained during the booking, so it came as a surprise. The hotel is decent, but clearer information and more accurate photos would help manage guests’ expectations better.

The Savoy Newtown is located in a new development of condos, hotels, and malls. Lots of different restaurants nearby, a plus. It’s not on the beach, but a short walk from a very so-so beach. Very rocky, but a little snorkeling is possible. There is a pool and rooms clean but small. Tue service, however, is terrible. Service staff are unsmiling, unhelpful, and not very competent. On one day our room wasn’t made up when we arrived back at 5pm. We had to leave our room keys in order to get towels for the pool and they mixed up the room keys when returning them. The pool had very few items on the menu, no change, and the staffer was extremely surly. Breakfast was chaotic, overcrowded and frequently ran out of food. Woul not return!

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

It was one of the best hotel/resort that I have ever stayed! That’s why it was very busy and crowded but in a good way. It has a great location; near airport and not far from the city proper and they have nearby beach. Their opportunity for improvement is perhaps the food. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
