This is an old property which reminds me of the olden days. None of the modern perks in the rooms and the office is a small building seperate from the rooms. Operated by "Mom and Pop" who are very pleasant. Room was huge and looked like a small apartment.

No-frills stay; the cleanliness was immaculate. The living room couch upholstery was a little worn. Full kitchen was a plus. The front desk associate was very courteous and helpful.

Due to the age of the building there was that faint musty odor that is not pleasant. But did like the fact that the units were actually small apartments which gives you extra room to move around and the ability to cook your own meals if you want to... It was nice being off of the main roads also.

The pictures on the site are very misleading. The view from you room overlooks a very rundown, grungy trailer park. I had mentioned to the front desk attendant that I required a handicap parking spot. Only one available for entire hotel. All spots had the room number painted on them, and the one for the room I was assigned was taken by someone else. I had to walk around the building then up a flight of stairs with a major heart condition. The assigned spot for the room was much closer. Very old and outdated. Rooms were fully equipped with kitchen, dining room and living room. Bathroom very outdated and not equipped for anyone over 5’5”. Bed was very uncomfortable. No ice machine or vending machines. Location is a 20 minute ride to beach. Not worth price.
