Very disappointing stay. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and I had to leave the hotel to withdraw cash because they couldn't process my debit card for the deposit. I was unable to order room service because I was repeatedly transferred between numbers with no one able to help. The room itself had several issues: the shower was broken, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the cups were dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The interconnecting door meant I could hear everything from the room next door and was woken several times during the night. Overall, this was not the standard I expected and I would not stay here again.

The room amenities were average, with some showing a lack of maintenance. Housekeeping and service were decent. The hotel's aquatic center and rooftop restaurant with a view were nice. The massage was moderately priced, not expensive.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

Close to subway station. Water is $3 per bottle. There is a $50 deposit per night. The pool is small. The bathroom smells a bit like a sewer. It's a bit disappointing for a 4 star.

This hotel is a little out of the city center. It has all the necessary facilities, and the rooftop bar is stylish with the Andes in the background, so it seems to be popular. I checked in early, but I was charged extra, which was disappointing.
