It is a serviced apartment. Very good location in a safe area near to commercial centers, fast food, restaurants and subway.

The location is perfect!! 6 blocks from Parque Arauco and a 15-minute subway ride from the Costanera! Everything was spectacular! The only things that weren't so great were the Wi-Fi (it practically never worked) and the bathroom shower had very little water pressure and was a bit uncomfortable with the shower screen door! But our stay was very nice!! Just those are some things to keep in mind if you're up for a Studio room!

The hotel is located in the financial new district, which is a safe area. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a subway downstairs. It takes less than 30 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport. The room is a good size for two people, and there is a large balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. There is also a laundry room upstairs, which is also very convenient. You need to pay by coin or scan code. There is a small supermarket, convenience store, breakfast restaurant, and Red Hat Pizza downstairs. In short, it is very convenient. The only thing to point out is that the front desk is very difficult to find. It is in the room at the end of the corridor on the right side of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Note that the door of the room is still closed. We went up and down several times and finally asked the concierge to take us up.

Still very satisfied, I will stay here next time

La atención por parte de la administración fue muy buena, el servicio de limpieza excelente, ubicación muy buena y el lugar se encuentra muy ajustado a su precio. El único inconveniente es que el edificio es muy ruidoso, se escuchan todos los sonidos realizados por los vecinos, el día jueves no nos dejaron dormir hasta las 3 de la amaña, el sábado hubo música muy alta en otro apartamento hasta 3:30 am, el sábado unas chicas estaban de charlas, risas y el sonido de sus tacos no nos dejaron dormir hasta 5:30 AM.

Excelente ubicación y servicio
