Santiago Marriott Hotel

Great location, very convenient for getting around. There's a large supermarket right next door, and plenty of takeout options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, though the cleaning service wasn't very frequent.

The front desk staff were very friendly. However, the concierge and security at the entrance were extremely rude. They didn't help with luggage or open doors. I struggled with three suitcases and had to open the door myself, and he even gave me a contemptuous look. It's hard to imagine this kind of service at a high-end hotel in a developed country in the 21st century.

The soundproofing is very poor, and the sound of typhoons blows every day. The surrounding facilities are good, there are many shopping malls and restaurants, and the consumption is relatively high. The hotel cannot be compared with the Marriott in China, and is even worse than the Four Seasons in China.

This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The water is dirty, the front desk is also very bad, the service is not good, and it is best not to leave a credit card for a deposit, they can deduct the money from your credit card after a few months. :z
