W Santiago

Facilities: Over a decade old. Cleanliness: As you'd expect from South American management. Extended stay package: Two bottles of water per day isn't enough, and you have to call to get more delivered. Environment: Used to be okay. Service: All vegetarian. Got tired of just bread, coffee, and eggs for breakfast; not enough meat.

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, not very noticeable. The room isn't very big, just a pretty standard hotel overall. It's on a low floor with no particular view, and it's a bit of a step down from other W hotels I've stayed at.

Cleanliness: Very good Facilities: Very good Ambiance: Very good Service: Very good

Maybe because of the conference, the rooms were full, so the price is a bit high, more than 3000 a night, but other than being a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it, the service is very good, the facilities are also good, and the scenery is pleasant. Oh, by the way, the breakfast is not good, there are too few things, even the cherries mentioned by other guests are not seen, there are only very limited ordinary fruits.

Heated room, good space, wonderful shower, we missed a bidet in the toilet

Despite being a Marriott hotel, keep your expectations of comfort and service to one side. The staff are super friendly and helpful, but the hotel does not have the infrastructure to accommodate the number of guests it expects. In addition, the room amenities are inferior and uncomfortable.

酒店服務非常好！交通方便，美食店特別多。尤其是酒店頂樓露台餐廳夜景非常美。
