Could not have been happier with this hotel. THe diner and the waitstaff are real gems. One of the best places in the city for an affordable stay.

They entered my room when I had left a do not disturbed sign on the door. And entered my room anyways after I had left for a hour. They didn't make my bed but they brought in new towels and moved some of my belongings. They also stated they would comp me the room half of which they didn't and I'm still in the process of even getting deposit back. Which I haven't received either. And it's been a month now and still nothing

I had a quality room until the maid service entered my room. When I had a do not disturb on my door. I never asked for a turn down service. But she came in my room and thumbed through my belongings

The front desk clerk asked for my identification and then made a photocopy. Not appropriate. Then, she sent me to the wrong floor. After setting down my belongings I went to the restaurant. While the service was very polite the place wreaks of cigarette smoke.

There is no counter space in bathroom. It was clean and nice and taken care of. It was a very good stay. Did not like all the smoking in Casio.

The staff are very friendly, especially the front desk, housekeeping, waitresses,and bartender. I just didn't like the mattress was a bit lumpy.

This was our second time here. Loved our first time. This time was different. Our room was good accept that we had a handicap accessible bathroom and there was no where to put anything like your toothbrush. When you shower, the entire floor gets water all over. The ****** machines were tight and staff is not very friendly. Restaurant service was slow and they only have one size coffee (12 oz) with no cup carrier if you have more than two cups to-go. Only has lipton tea bags. The worst part was that we asked for a late check-out, an extra hour (wanted to check-out at noon, instead of 11am) and they charged us $20, plus tax. If we wanted a checkout after noon they would have charged us an entire night's stay. With so many places to stay, we will be looking for another hotel next time.

It looked nice, was clean and quiet.
The only thing is the people before us left food in the refrigerator and a half bottle of wine on the counter. The housekeeper didn’t throw these things out which left it to us to do so.

Dislikes: The room (carpet, vents, and walls) was very dusty; there were spiders. There was no coffee pot. I would just make sure that rooms given to new guests had been deeply cleaned prior to arrival. The dust on the bathroom vent and bedroom walls were a key sign that the room hadn't been used in awhile.
Likes: It had a refrigerator; the shower and bathroom was nice. Housekeeping came each day which was great. Nice large TV.
