Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

Located on the northern end of the Vegas Strip, it's a bit of a walk to the older, more established hotels – about 40 minutes on foot to the Sphere. Since it only opened two years ago, the hotel's interior is spotless and completely smoke-free. There's a pool on the third floor and a gym on the second. If you book a mountain view room, you can directly see the Sphere, though the view isn't quite as good as from The Venetian area.

The room was great, and the pool was fantastic! Free parking was a big plus. When we checked in, the lovely front desk staff gave us a room with a direct view of the 'big ball,' which was absolutely wonderful!

This new hotel is aiming to be on par with Wynn! It's a large hotel with great design. While Wynn has an old-money vibe, Fontainebleau is much more modern and sleek. It's just a block away from Wynn, but it's still a 15-minute walk, which isn't ideal when the weather's hot. The hotel has plenty of restaurants, so dining is convenient. The price is very friendly, definitely worth a stay!

Absolutely terrible. First off, when I entered the room, there were cleaning staff towels on the bedside table, the bath towels in the bathroom had been used and were dirty, and the bedsheets were incredibly messy and unclean! This hotel has a notorious reputation; apparently, someone once climbed into a room through the air conditioning vent. I checked the AC vent myself and found that while it looked like it was screwed shut from the outside, the screws were purely decorative and it could be opened completely! Please consider this before booking your stay at this hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and they sent an email before check-in offering a golf course view room for an additional $50 per day. However, the room facilities were subpar. The internet was incredibly slow, with both Wi-Fi and 5G performing poorly, likely due to the high floor. The water pressure at the sink was also quite low.

I stayed in a Strip View room, and I could see the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere right from my bed. What an amazing hotel! It's incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and entertainment.

The environment here is pretty good, but I don't understand why a hotel this big would have dozens of people frantically knocking on my door all day long, demanding that I *must* go downstairs to the front desk to extend my stay, even after I've already extended it on my phone and had my credit card pre-authorized. What's the point? Didn't I extend my stay precisely so I could sleep in a bit longer? If I could go downstairs to extend it, why wouldn't I just check out and leave? If you can't accept this, then don't book here. The experience of extending my stay was absolutely terrible.

Tipping helped me get an upgrade to a room with a golf course view, which was really new and beautiful. The only downside is that the hotel is huge, so it's quite a walk to the parking lot every time. Also, they don't deliver complimentary water to the room; you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel service was excellent; they gave us a free upgrade to a room on the 53rd floor with a panoramic view of the entire Las Vegas city. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
