Reviews of The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa

This hotel is located slightly off the Main Strip, meaning it takes a few minutes to walk there, which can be tough in the brutal LV weather. It's not ideal for walking with children or the elderly, and it's too short a distance to bother with a car, making its location a bit awkward. However, it offers relatively competitive pricing, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, so there were no issues or inconveniences during our stay.

Good location, quiet and staff friendly. Will come back for the next time for sure 🥰

The environment is nice, clean and hygienic.

The room was spacious, in a great location, very close to the sphere, and the sphere-view room was fantastic, saving me the trouble of finding a high spot for photos. The short-haired receptionist was both cool and attentive 🥰

I expected more from a Westin

The room facilities were old, but the view was great.

Very weird, not to mention the poor room. Random deductions, three deductions up to $1,000, and the front desk staff said it was no problem, absolutely. But now I haven't received the refund, fortunately Ctrip came forward to communicate.

The hotel is too old, and the service staff are of inconsistent quality.
