The free shuttle runs once an hour, which is convenient. The hallways are old, but the interior (especially the beds) are new. Recommended for those with a connecting flight at Las Vegas Airport.

The hotel was really dirty, and the guy at the front desk (who was Chinese) wasn't friendly at all. It took him forever to find my reservation, and he wasn't helpful. He eventually found it, but he wasted a lot of my time. The room itself was very dirty and smelled bad.

Service was mixed. I asked for a fridge in the room and was told by the desk clerk my room didn't qualify. But a few minutes later a different clerk (probably the manager) said it was OK and had it sent to my room. On my last day I wanted to change a $20 bill for tips and the cashier in the shop downstairs refused. Told me to use an ATM. I went to the cashier (long walk) and ultimately barely made the 10am free ride to the airport... Overall the room was pretty good. It took awhile to get the temperature right (the thermostat says it controls the air conditioner/heater but I doubt that is true). My computer couldn't link to the WiFi so I had to use my iPhone to connect my computer to the internet. The TV channels were not great so I rarely watched anything. Shower was good in terms of hot water. Mostly though it was the least expensive hotel available and I enjoy walking 2 or 3 miles a day.

Good location, a short 15min walk to the main road. The room was clean and spacious.

I made mistake to book in this hotel, but I will never think about booking there again, there was a chubby black girl at the reception was very rude,

It was good I liked it, just shower pressure is not as strong I would want it to be

So Cindy was amazing she was the girl that worked after that was ridiculous she was very ****** towards me and my husband I will never stay at your hotel I wish I could get reimbursed some of the money I spent I was there from Wednesday til Saturday Thanksgiving there was turkey or anything..

The price was gold, only thing was they had no refrigerator or microwave. Gym was decent, blanket sheet had a stain so I removed it. Good coffee at cafe upstairs but no fruit. Overall not bad I will return

It was the super convenient location - easy access to the airport. I was surprised that it’s one of a few hotels that has a airport shuttle service every hour. Only a break is at 1 pm. You can ask For the info at a front desk.

Not the best casino or common areas but the rooms and pool were awesome
