Not all the room have the cordless charger , our bathroom door was a pain to open and closed it was not a-line correctly, no grease on rollers to make it a bit easy. On our fourth night we decided to stay a few more night, requesting full service early morning so it would be noted , I walked in at 4pm from work tired and hungry and a lady has started , but what happen to the room mate was out of this world. Spoke with /housekeeper he asked who was assigned to our room ta white female said she was , he left to give space when he got back the room was not in shape and sho was bo

The bathroom was dated and smelled like mildew. Thet charged $5/day for parking. The room did not look like the pictures

We were told we requested a roll in shower (which we did not) and when we took a shower water got everywhere. It was even leaked out onto the carpet. I asked if there was another room that we could move to, we were told they were fully booked. I called the front desk a second time to ask for extra towels to try and stop the water. When the front desk guy answered the phone he said “hello again, what do you need?”
Also we were not informed before our stay that the restaurant was closed for renovations. That would have been nice to know.

It was okay. The area is not really walkable at all. No restaurant for breakfast convenient without a car. The staff was nice.

The hotel room was filthy. The carpet had stains everywhere. The room smelled like wet dogs. The furniture was old and dirty. The staff was either unavailable or simply said “we know”- with a we don’t care attitude. The front desk actually said you have already paid and can’t cancel now.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and it served my needs well. There were a few minor hiccups during my stay,
The first was the sink drain wasn't attached to the plug and I needed to ask for maintenance to help me 2x before it was properly fixed.
The second hiccup was that when I checked in, housekeeping forgot to leave me hand soap. I had to ask for it to be brought to my room 2x and finally I had to go to the front desk to procure the hand soap.
The third was more of an idiosyncrasy. I had a standing shower in my room but the shower curtain was 5-6 inches off the floor and didn't keep water in so upon exiting the shower, there was quite a bit of water on the floor.
Otherwise, it was a solid stay with comfy beds, friendly staff and a convenient area.

The staff was undeniably rude. I raised concerns and was dismissed. I contacted ******* then the front desk said they would support my needs. The heater made the entire room smell like mold.

This place has gone down hill. No restaurant/bar, didn’t clean the room and didn’t tell us they weren’t going to. The rooms are looking run down. The staff was friendly.
