Pool water was too cool

The hotel wis very nice and spacious, we loved the size of the room. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, just placed on the bed neatly. There was stains and hair on the sheet when I pulled the covers back, and when I called the front desk to request someone come change the sheets, I was told she was the only employee at work and she couldn’t leave the desk. I was able to come and get sheets and change the bed myself. It was very insulated as that is not my job, I am on vacation and the sheets should have been changed prior to me checking in. I liked everything else about the room, the breakfast was very good and parking was cheap. I complained prior to checking out and I was told someone would contact me, and it has been 14 days since my check out, and no follow-up. Haven’t decided if I would give this establishment another chance.

We loved staying here. The breakfast was great. There were washing machines! And the cutlery and cooking options in the room were fantastic. The room was also spacious. It was also walkable to everything. Our favourite place to stay on our holiday.

First time staying here with my family and it was pretty good. We enjoyed ourselves and not to mention the breakfast was really good. Next time we’re in Vegas I will be booking here again.

First and only night ever in Vegas. Paid to park in their lot. Car window got smashed out and all our things stollen. Bad area apparently. I got no discount and assumed all financial damages. Don’t stay here

The staff was great. The A/C control wasn't working the first night but first thing the next morning it was fixed.
