La piscina davvero molto bella, lo avevamo scelto per questo e non ha deluso. Nel pacchetto era presente anche un buono per le bevande cosa davvero gradita. Presente anche frigo in camera per uso personale cosa non scontata a Las Vegas. Una piccola scomodità è la posizione, per arrivare al centro servono non meno di 45 minuti di bus a causa delle varie fermate e innumerevoli semafori

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation and a great environment 👍

The air conditioning was too loud. I moved from the 21st floor to the 30th floor, but it was still too noisy. Also, the mural in the bathroom with a female portrait felt inappropriate. The hotel's design should consider the different cultural backgrounds of its international guests.

The hotel seems to be newly opened and is located near Wynn, close to the Sphere. It's about a 25-minute walk. We stayed for two days but our room wasn't cleaned. The hotel phone was difficult to get through to, and there was a long queue at the front desk for check-in. It offers good value for money, though the shower pressure was a bit weak. The toiletries were excellent, Byredo from 'Uninhabited'. Other than the body lotion, everything else was pretty average. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there wasn't much of a view – one side was blocked by Wynn and the other had no scenery at all. There's no breakfast available. Laundry costs $15 per item. Due to jet lag, I wanted a late check-out. After contacting Trip.com, they repeatedly said they had arranged an 11:30 AM check-out. However, when I asked at the hotel, 11:30 AM was the standard check-out time. The Trip.com agent then claimed they had extended it by half an hour, only to eventually get it moved to 12:00 PM. They didn't actually solve anything.

The mini-bar items charge you after 30 seconds of moving them, this resort is ridiculous! 🤣🤣🤣 My room rate included parking, but then the hotel sent me an email saying I needed to register and link a credit card, which could only be done with a US number. I'm roaming and don't have a US number. Management really needs to think. This is a tourist city, how can they expect everyone to have a US number? What's even more absurd is that the front desk told me they'd registered me and I could enter and exit the parking lot. This was around 11 AM. I finally managed to drive out of the hotel around 3 PM because my car simply couldn't exit – the barrier wouldn't lift! I went back and forth between the parking lot and the front desk 4 times during this period. Also, the housekeeping staff refilled the tissue box but left the old box on the counter, and the trash under the bedside table wasn't cleaned. Trip.com was great, they helped contact the hotel efficiently. The hotel staff, however, was unreliable.

What a rip-off! They initially assigned us a room on the 6th floor, claiming it had no view, and said we'd have to pay extra for a higher floor. They also initially denied free parking. After a lengthy discussion, they finally mentioned a code in an email. We then had to spend ages scanning a QR code and navigating a website, which was extremely complicated, and they even charged my credit card! This hotel is located north of the Las Vegas Strip, so it's a bit newer, but not as convenient as the MGM properties like Aria.

The room was super spacious, with great attention to detail, and very clean. All three front desk staff members I interacted with were incredibly friendly and patient, guiding me to the elevators since the hotel is quite large. I was especially impressed by the high overall素质 of the American people. Whenever I have a comfortable stay, I always leave an objective review.

Overall, it was good. However, I did encounter long queues for both check-in and check-out at the front desk. The check-in line was particularly long. The process seemed quite slow, and even though the hotel offered alternative options like self-service kiosks and mobile smart check-in, for some reason, there were still many people waiting in line. Additionally, the water from the faucet was cloudy and required adjusting the tap position to get clear water. Free resort fees and self-parking: This was a nice perk and saved a good amount of money.
