Checking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear.

The decor is luxurious, grand, and stylish. We ordered room service, and the wonton noodle soup tasted like it was made from a pre-packaged mix. Perhaps the kitchen staff were tired working late, but the soup wasn't diluted enough and was so salty it was bitter. They credited it back to us after a call. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable around 1500 RMB, but anything more would be too expensive. The bedding is good, but the bathroom amenities are just average.

Staying here on a non-weekend, non-exhibition, and non-holiday period offers great value for money, and the overall experience was good. However, the biggest drawback was the excessive crowd, which made the check-in process incredibly slow.
