Caesars Palace

Subject: Formal complaint — Caesars Palace Las Vegas stay To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, booked through Trip.com. The experience did not match what is expected from a five-star hotel. The issues I encountered were: 1. Wi-Fi is only complimentary for 2 devices — and we are 3 guests. Each additional device costs $14.99/day, which was not disclosed at booking. 2. Room service cannot be ordered from a Spanish phone number. The in-room phone system would not let me place any order, and there was no alternative offered. 3. Staff at reception were unfriendly and dismissive. When I asked about a room with a ***** view, the price jumped to around $70 extra, and the agent's attitude was visibly rude. Even though they claimed not to speak Spanish, their facial expressions made their disdain very clear. 4. The room was not in five-star condition: damaged/chipped furniture (visible bare wood on the minibar cabinet), scratches on surfaces, and maintenance was clearly skipped. 5. Housekeeping did not change the towels or properly service the room. For a property marketed as a luxury Caesars Rewards destination, this level of service, transparency, and room condition is unacceptable. I am attaching photos as evidence and I am requesting a partial refund of the resort fee and compensation for the additional Wi-Fi charges.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in- and I have been to over 40 countries! Room was clean and spacious, and the view from the window was excellent.

Nobu hotel was a nice little boutique hotel nestled within caesars palace. Check in was fast and staff were really friendly and nice. We were able to check in early as rooms were available. Room was huge and clean.

Our families stay at Caesars palace was awesome. We were not happy at first with the room provided and the front desk changed that immediately without issue.  Me and my wife were renewing our vows after 30 year's and the hotel manager Jordyn Boothe who I would like to mention personally provided us with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter and made our stay at the hotel even more enjoyable.  The room we booked had a fountain view which was incredible with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountain  . The reception,  baggage and pool staff were very helpful and polite and all in all it was a great experience. Only downside was there are no umbrellas at the po unless you pay for them  we would stay there again no problem.  Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

Loved the location and pool. There was no chance to use the gym. Everything is chargeble , there was no free water and coffee :-(
