This hotel was very spacious and felt luxurious. Wi-Fi was available for a fee. There was also free Wi-Fi, but the connection was poor. It was a shame that the signal was hard to connect to. It was a very good hotel overall.

The hotel is ok. It's big and clean, and the design is soooo cool!!! My room was nice, except for the fact that I could hear my neighbors way too well (conjoined room). The issue is the fact that the hotel is majorly understaffed, making some things frustrating if you have a problem. The check-in process was the worst I have ever experienced. The terminal would not scan my ID nor the IDs of the two people next to me... It was just a collective negative energy for everyone. Not a good first impression. My key card did not work on all elevators within my color section, which was annoying.

I think it depends on the timing, but the check-in line (about 7 groups) moved incredibly slowly, and I was tired after standing for about 30 minutes. There were several Starbucks and food shops within the hotel, so I didn't need to go out. The bed and shower in the room were clean. I stayed at this hotel for a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The location from the stadium is excellent. However, there's no fridge or kettle in the room, which could be inconvenient, especially during hot weather. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak.
