Stayed at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and everything was good! 🎰✨ Awesome off-Strip location (easy cab to the action), modern and clean rooms with killer Strip views, no resort fee (huge win), and the pool area is a vibe—perfect for chilling after a night out. Staff was friendly, casino energy was fun without the chaos, and dining spots like the food court hit the spot for quick bites. Vegas magic at its finest!

Room was spacious, it's nice being off the strip. A lot of Asian restaurants near the hotel. The AYCE buffet is wonderful.

Worst service i have ever experienced, the room card stopped work every 10 minuets, each time it happened, i had to wait for an hour or so in que to fix it, like a working room key is not part of this hotel services

This hotel and casino was really nice. Thank God it's off of the strip. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

Had a nice staycation. For the weekend. We always have a good time at the pools during the day and find plenty to do in the evenings in the casino.

All perfect except housekeeping services. They never vacuumed and we had to ask for service. Unresponsive. Heard they're shortstaffed though.

The hotel is very close to Chinatown, a 5-minute drive away, and the central district is also more than 10 minutes away. The room was clean, comfortable and quite large. The swimming pool was a bit small, but the atmosphere was good.
