3.5/ 5The check in process was awful, the computers were not all working and there was a delay to check in and out. I would have thought after COVID PH would have ensured its IT was running at 100%. The room was good but the cupboard had a drinks box left from the previous occupier, the fridge cupboard door was broken and it was disappointing to see them not fix it prior to renting the room out. The first AM we were woken by room service, we advised him we were still in bed and he said he would return later...they never came and cleaned the room!

Haven't found the right hotel yet?
I booked planet Hollywood for 2 stays. After the first stay was so horrible(dirty , broken amenities and other nasty stuff in the room), i didn't stay for the second time and lost my money since i couldn't cancel it. Which is a big shame to such a business
