We loved our hotel room. It was clean and spacious. The room with the strip view was well worth it. The distance to the strip was about 25 minutes walking, so that could have been better.

It was good staying at Rio hotel and resort. However, i believe staff really need to give respect to guests and not be rude with queries specially international traveler New to Country and city.

Garbage in front of door. No hot water in the morning resulting in cold shower.

Rooms are average, and the hotel needs major renovation. We stay for 3 nights, rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is provided nice service, but rooms furniture are worn-out.

I am enjoy it more and more - not on strip but definitely close enough.  The 15 min walk to the strip is fresh and brisk.

No one came to clean the room if I didn't tell them after booking for five days. The room was very old and smelled bad. There was basically no service. There were few people playing in the casino downstairs.

Very nice room, recently renovated. Check in personnel was extremely helpful. Check out was a breeze.

Room is big and clean. But there’s a serious lack of human interaction. And the pricing system is so confusing. I’m sure that I was charged more than I should pay. Staff at the registration desk are not helpful at all with regard to my query with the final bill.

This is so durty hotel 3 days dont have room service. During night all days smelling in *******

Remember to wipe diet the toilet paper holder and the towel holders! Silly but it was noticeable

For a Hyatt property was not up to usual standards. Part of Hotel down where my room was was dark and empty. The casino had lots of slots but few live games and the advertised $10 blackjack was a joke! 1 table? The other games where at least $15 a hand. I played 1 hand and left and went next door to Gold Coast. Won't be back to Rio!

I stayed two nights at Rio hotel Las Vegas from 30 May to 1 June, 2025. My room number is 1256. I am writing to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Fausto, who is a staff of Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. Mr. Fausto is very kind and super helpful. I think Mr. Fausto is a treasure in Rio Hotel. Mr. Fausto helped me to find my lost iphone back in Las Vegas. The thing is that, as on 31 May, 2025, I found that I lost my iphone after I took a taxi back to the Rio hotel Las Vegas. I went to cashier in Rio hotel and I found Mr. Fausto, and I told Mr. Fausto that I lost my iphone somewhere but I didn't sure where. He helped me all the way to find the iphone. Mr. Fausto helped me to call my mobile phone number and a taxi driver picked up the call. After some communications between Mr Fausto and the taxi driver, the taxi driver delivered my iphone back to the hotel and gave it back to me finally. I am very happy to find my iphone. I enjoyed the stay at Rio hotel very much. Therefore, I wish Mr. Fausto a great life and work. I also wish hotel Rio the best and succeed. Thank you very much.

Good experience and honest price, with parking space included;) really big room, however, different than I saw in the photos. The building is old and needs to be renovated as it's a little bit too old/destroyed. Unfortunately, the hot water is not available 24/7 so if you want to take a hot shower in the morning, you can forget about it. Downstairs not so many options open as per closure/renovation.
